Supplying and erecting SHUTTTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC COLUMN FOOTING, PLINTH BEAM STAIRCASE STEPS etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60Cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casuarina props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specfication and as directed.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soiffts including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RECTANGULAR COLUMNS, top and bottom slabs of boxing, sill slabs, sunshades etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm * 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete as directed.

STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm * 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarian props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete and as directed.

R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 Mix (One cement one point sand Three hard broken granite stones) for all the reinforced cement concrete works using 20mm gauge hard blue granite stone jelly including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for concrete mixing, laying, watering curing properly excluding cost of steel and centering etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Ground floor

Supply fabrication and placing imposition of mild steel for steel rod of various sizes as directed including all labour charges for cutting and binding and tying with cost of binding wire, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Fly ash Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using size 9"X4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification -

Fillling with well gravel layers of not more than 30cm thick,well rammed, watered and compacted, complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Ceiling Plastering with C.M. 1:3 Mix (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges, watering curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with C.M. 1:5 Mix (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges, watering curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Flooring Ceramic (No sand to be used) using with 6mm chips C.M.1:2 mix using 20mm thick including cost of materials to work site and all other labour charges

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jiggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of mild steel door using all round "L" angle 25 X 25 X 6mm thick, cross bracing 20 X 6mm M.S.Flat with necessary locking arrangements including cost and conveyance etc., Size : 0.60 X 1.85

Painting with enamal paint two coats for new Iron work including one coat of priming coat and using the best quality Iron primer and best quality synthetic enamel paint etc complete complying with standard specification

Painting with enamal paint two coats for old Iron work including one coat of priming coat and using the best quality Iron primer and best quality synthetic enamel paint etc complete complying with standard specification

Painting with enamel paint two coats for new plastered surface for using best quality and aproved colour of oil bound distemper conforming to ISI specification etc., complete complying as directed by the departmental officers as per standard specification.

Painting with plastic emulsion paint two coats over base coat for new plastered surface for using best quality and aproved colour of oil bound distemper conforming to ISI specification etc., complete complying as directed by the departmental officers as per standard specification.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC sheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe cealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / Fan point (For electronic regulator).

wiring with 2x1.5sq mm (22/.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductore cable of 1100V Grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories in flush with wall with 150mmx100mmx75mm MS switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3pin interlocking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed Plug point. Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.m (56/0.3)PVC insulated SC unsheathed CU.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe concealed in wall and ceiling continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour.(SD 44)

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (Phillips/Bajaj/Crompton/K.Lite) Suitable for incandescent lamp with 11 Watts CFL Bulb Bulb(SD 83)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4"40W flu fitting completed with copper choke and condensor,with condult pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting with Tube (SD 87)

Supplying and fixing of 1200mm(48")sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W Regulator with 1 metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and crpss arm of size 450mm(16") (SD 106)

S/F OF CUDAPPA SLAB of approved quality and colour of size all floors over 40mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointed with same color cement added.

Supply and Fixing in position of Indian make White glazed earthware WASH BASIN 550mmx400mm with all accessories such as costIron brackets , 32mm dia C.P waste coupling 15mm dia G.M wheel valve ,15mm dia Nylon connection , 15mm dia Brass Nipples, 15mm C.P Pillar tap etc., complete.

Supply and Fixing of 48W LED Street light Fitting with necessary Bowl and Bracket and Bulp as per Standard Quality as per the Direction of the Departmental officers etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the hutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, securityprotective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work
