400W LED Floodlight luminaire with a robust single piece pressure die cast aluminium housing with corrosion resistant powder coating and toughened glass to ensure IP 66 and IK 08 protection. The Luminaire shall UV resistance non yellowing Polycarbonate/PMMA Lens to ensure desired photometry. Lens should be mechanically fixed and fixing by glue is not acceptable. The optics should be having a good Throw & Spread to achieve a better overall Uniformity. The LED used shall be high power with 2W to 5W. The luminaire should have CRI 70, and CCT of 5700K and shall be compliant with IP66 and IK08 classification. Luminaire shall be designed to emit at least 48000 nominal lumens with system efficacy of at least 120 lumen/watt. Operating Temperature Range is -10degC to 50degC. The luminaire shall be designed to ensure lumen depreciation L70 over 50000 burning hours as per LM 80 report.The luminaire should have fins on the back to ensure good heat dissipation and to prevent dirt from settling on the luminaire along with aiming angle scale. Driver should be fully potted BIS certified and shall have a power factor 0.95 and THD 10% with a minimum inbuilt surge protection of internal 4kV & external 10kV and suitable for an operating voltage range of 140 to 280V AC and cutoff at 300V AC and self-restore.

Driver should sustain upto 8 hours at 440 V AC.Driver should comply Driver safety requirements as per IS 15885 with BIS certification.Manufacture should have in house NABL testing facility. LM 79 report from NABL accredited Lab shall be submit. The luminaire should comply with all the required IEC and IS standards. The OEM Brand Name should be Embossed on the LED Fitting, Stickering/Screen Printing not accepted. Supply, delivery and Installation of Three Phase – RF+4G gateway streetlight controller including installation accessories as per technical specification.

Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour.

Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour.

Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2nos per mast required)
