Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous macadam / using 0.24m3 of 25-50-13.20mm 0.25mm of 13.20-2.35mm and 0.23cum of 2.35mm&below and with 53.20kg of 25.5mm to 11.20mm graded metal of IRC size and 0.18cum of 11.2 to 2.80mm and 0.18m3 of 2.8mm and below (it should satisfy the aggregate grading as per gradution in table 500-5) for 10sq.m with 38kgs. Of bitumen for premising including cost of bitumen including conveyance of bitumen to CMP site and also to work site handling charges at both ends for the same including a labour for loading bitumen in bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit labour for attending to paver site heating the bitumen and metal to reacquired the mixing the metal and bitumen to required temperature in the central hotmix plant 20-30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness 50mm with Mechanic paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by power roller to get the required density including higher charges and fuel charges for CMP 20-30 ton Capacity, paver finisher, tipper trucks, Power Roller, Bitumen Boiler and all other T & P required and including all other ncidental charges etc., complete as per specification
