The bidder should have prior work experience of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a government department/board/government undertaking. The value of the work should be above Rs.25.00 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar nature work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. They should also have completed at least one building works/pre Fabricated Truss Work with a value not less than Rs.25.00 Lakhs under a single agreement in any one of the past three years. The bidder should have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. The specific details of the prior work experience, including the type and nature of work, location, employer, value of work, and agreement number, should be provided. The conditions for completion of works are: - Minimum one third of the value of work should be completed by the end of the 3rd month, - Work should be completed in all respects by the end of the 9th month. In case of default, Liquidated damages @ 0.1% of the unfinished value of work will be levied per day till completion. The bidder should produce evidence such as a certificate issued by the Engineer – In – charge, audited Balance sheet, Profit and Loss Account, and Sales Tax Clearance Certificate. The total contract amount received should be reflected in the Sales Tax Clearance Certificate. The bidder should not have any of their contracts terminated/rescinded. A Project Manager with at least five years of experience and two Site Engineers with at least three years of experience in civil engineering are required. The value of similar work experience required is Rs. 25.00 Lakhs, and the percentage of similar works completed is 50% of the value put to tender.
