Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement .

Supplying and laying in flooring with Shahabed Stone 25mm to 31mm thick (average) of 2' X 2' in size laid over base layer of cementmortar 1:3 (one cement and three Plastering sand) - 20 mm thick and applying cement slurry &pointed with white cement and colour pigments to the colour of stones and polished neatly as directed by the deparmental officers

Painting two coats with approved EXTERIOR EMULSION paint with one coat of primer over cement plastered wall surface and ceiling including cost of one priming coat, Cost of all materials, all labour charges, brushes, cleaning preparing the surface,scaffolding charges and curing charges etc, complete as per standard specifications.

Painting two coats over new iron work for doors , windows and ventilators iron bars weld mesh wire mesh screen, steel bars flats and other similar works etc., with two coats of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing tred oxide primer in all floors The rate inclusive of cost of all materials and labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.(The paint should be got approved by the Municipal Engineer before use on work)

Supplying and fixing of M.S Steel doors wtih double shutters steel door frames made out of M.S angles of size 40 x 40 x 6mm and shutter frame made out of M.S angle of size 35 x 35 x 5mm M.S equal angle frame as horizontal and vertical and the shutter frame to be strengthed by stiffeners using MS flat of size 30 x 6mm , 2 Nos horizintal and 3 Nos diagonal with covered with 18 guage M.S sheet to be wided with frame neatly with the required towar bolts, aldrops handles looking arrangement and hangles etc., including fixing The shutters should be painted with one coat of redoxide primer and transporting top the site etc., The rate is inclusive of dismantling the masonary or making the holes in columns, beams etc., etc/., whereever necessary to the extint required with power drill and redoing the same to the original condition etc., complete as per standard specification..

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of MILD STEEL Window made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm M.S angle for outer frame, 35 X 35 X 5mm M.S.Angle for outer frame of shutter. The entire shutter area shall be covered with CRC sheets ( 18 G ) with 5Nos,of stiffners using M.S.Flats of size 25 X 6mm at equal intervals horizontally. The corners of the frames and shutter with CRC sheets shall be welded by adopting flash butt welding or any other suitable method. Provision towards 3Nos, of Hinges incase of single shutters / 6Nos,of Hinges incase of Double shutters of 125 X 31 X 1.25mm size placed at appropriate intervals and provisions shall be made for Tower bolts 2Nos, Aldrop 1No. The frame shall be provided with 6Nos,of Hold fast of 200mm length using 50 X 6mm M.S.Flat. Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 25GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with spag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown olour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the executive Engineer before use on work

Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron Fixed Louvered Ventilators with Glass and Grill: Providing and fixing louvered ventilator fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated / powder coated (Base steel as per IS 513 ‘D’ quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 grams / sqm.) with total coated thickness of 0.58mm. Paint specification: Coated sections should be with primer coat of epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns. Dimensions of sections: The section for external frame should be of 57mm x 33mm. Fixing details: The section should be cut to length, joined with profile to profile component. Grill: Ventilator should be provided with grill made of 10mm Square MS bars to 12mm x 5mm flat at 4” intervals.Total grill unit should be powder coated and fixed to ventilator frame with screws. The above frames should be fixed to brick / concrete masonry walls and floor by means of self-panding screws.

Rainwater Downfall pipes of 110mm diametre with necessary shoes, bends and other speicals, clamps, screws, nails, teakwood plugs etc., complete including cost of all materials. The rate is to include cost of removable cast iron Gratings of appropriate size. The size of teakwood plugs to be used is 150mm * 25mm in front and 200mm * 75mm in rear and all other sides with a depth of 100mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of "U" clamps at the cnetre of the pipe screwed to the plugs. The special type of 'U' clamps at the centre of the pipe to be fixed in addition to these for more than three metres pipe length etc., complete cost including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specifications.
