Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification

Supply, delivery, fixing, of mechanical level instrument made out of mild steel sheet 3 mm thick and measuring metric scale. The mechanical level instrument shall be fixing in top level of OHT outer wall and including labor charges & scaffolding charges etc. complete as directed by the department officers.

Manufacturing, Fabrication, Supply and delivery of Aluminium ladder 6m height Folding type for operating inside the pumproom made out of Aluminium “ Џ “ channel 3” x 1 1/2” , 4mm thick for sides and steps in “L” channel 3” x 1 1/4” , 4mm thick @ 45cm width, 30cm c/c providing with suitable roller, rope, rubber bush etc. including cost of all materials, labour etc. complete and as directed by departmental officer officers.

Painting two coats with approved cement paint of approved quality colours for the new plastered surface of the pumphouse outside wall as directed by departmental officers including cleaning, preparing the surface for curing etc. complete

Supply and delivery 100 mm dia of DI D/F Gate (sluice) valves (soft seated) resilient seated soft sealing Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with body Bonnet of Ductile cast iron of Grade GGG 40 or GGG 50, Wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM replaceable spindle nut without gland packing and with 3 O- Ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be of Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/ISI 14846-2000/DIN 3202 F4. All the valves should be with electrostatic powder coating both inside and out side with pocket less straight through body passage. All the valves are to be compatible for buried application with pressure rating PN 10/16

Jointing the C.I/ D.I Double flanged pipes and specials with rubber insertion to with IS-638(1979) and M.S. bolts and nuts of IS 1364-1 (2002), including cost of jointing materials such as bolt and nuts Rubber insertion and labour charges etc., complete.

Desilting light or sandysoil or silt from infiltration wells below water level including the charges for special T&P and air compressor etc. complete.
