The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in their own name as a prime contractor for a Government Department/ Board/ Government Undertaking in any one of the preceding three years. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed BT (or) BT and CC Road work(s) of not less than 100% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in one of the preceding three years. The bidder should also have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. The bidder needs to have prior work experience of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking, with work of a similar nature and magnitude, specifically BT (or) BT and CC road work(s). In terms of qualifications and experience, the bidder should have a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder with 5 years experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer), or a Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience (or) Four Retired Junior Engineers. The value and percentage of similar works completed include 50% and 100% of the value put to tender, with the bidder required to provide details of such work, including the value of the work as per the agreement, bill value, and date of actual completion. The annual minimum financial turnover should be not less than 50% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years.
