Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling M-sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four Parts of crushed stone M-sand and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification (The crushed stone sand to be used on cocrete work shell conform to gradation as per IS :383-1970 )

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement & Three P-sand) thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement mixed with colouring pigments (The crushed stone P-sand to be used in base mortar shell confom to gradation as per IS 1542-1977)

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS staandards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Fly Ash Bricks 230 x 110 x 70mm in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five m.sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) MIX (one cement & four P-sand)20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309)

Supply delivery of size of 20mm to 70mm natural Pebbles filter media for Filter bed operation & sedimentary bore well of spherical in shape and allow even distribution in support bed with good flow. The media should be double washed, screened, kiln dried and classified into various sizes to meet specification including all incidental charges, conveyance, loading & unloading etc., as directed by the Departmental officers.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt shell lime white in colour in all floors including cost of lime and other materials brushes scaffolding charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed. -100sq.m

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm X200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour l Set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement & Two P-sand) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.
