Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiffclay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small sizeboulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil,sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete 10 cum The Rate inclusive of all charges such as Earth work and remove the same away from the site etc, complete as per standard specifications.

Providing Granular surface base to the required surface using murram, Granular soil of size varying from 4mm to 75mm including cost of material and cost of labour for stacking,spreading and consolidating layer by layer (Each layer not exceeding 100mm) including hire charges of Roller etc, complete as per the direction of Departmental officers.

Charges for cutting the BT Surface 5 to 7 cm depth using milling machine, conveying the milled waste materials to at least for 20 km distance including hire and running charges for the machine , conveyance charges, Unloading at Unobjectionable place. Cleaning the milled surface as to be avoid slippery including all other incidental and Unforeseen items etc., complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting 0.396m3 of 45-22.40mm & 0.528m3 of 22.40-2.36mm & 0.396m3 of 2.36mm and below metal stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premix the materials with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage to mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clause 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing Advance Patch work using 50mm consolidated Thickness by using 1m3 of 13.20mm IRC Metal with 44kg of Bitumen per 1m3 of Metal For Pre Mixing For existing surface advance Patch work including cost and conveyance of materials to the worksite and stacking them to the departmental metric gauge for the pre measurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet only rolling by 60 - 70KN power roller for premix carpet and seal coat separately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premix carpet application of bitumen for seal coat over premix carpet, including labour charges for spreading seal coat separately over premix carpet etc. including higher charges and fuel charges for, bitumen boiler and all other tools and plant employed etc. complete as per of MORTH Rev - V Specifications

Providing and laying 50mm compacted thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tones capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc., including labor charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labor for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20- 30t C M P with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete using C M P clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications. Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 - 2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30/V bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity convyeing the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne vibratory / pneumatic roller to the required density etc including labour for attending to paver to site etc including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks ,paver finisher / 9m paver finisher, vibratory / pneumatic roller adn all other tools and plant required including fuel and all other incidental charges etc complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH rev-5 Road Data 2022-23 (P - 19)

Road Marking with hot applied thermo plastic compound with reflect rising glass beads on Bituminous surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 205mm thick including reflect rising glass beads @ 250gms.per sqm. Area. thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete. as per MORTH Specification. Raising the existing circular man hole in heavy type including the removing the existing the man hole cover with frame and dismanting the existing the cement concrete wall and tar road surface around the manholes using 1:2:4 20mm jally for raising the existing the manhole wall and using cc 1:2:4 with 20mm chips for finishing the top surface of manhole etc complete.

Supply of FRC Manhole 600mm size dia cover with frame including cost of conveyance loading fixing the same etc complete

Manufacturing, supply & fixing of Retro-Reflective Road name sign board single arrow size 1.00x0.5m size made out if wide angle cuble corner micro prismatic grade sheeting configuring to IRC 67:2010& Type XI standards of ASTM 4956-09 specification and fixed over 2mm thick aluminum sheet back support frame of stainless steel supported by 32NB stainless steel pipe all round and 65NB pipe vertical post firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 30cmx30cm 45cm complete. The information massage shall be made out of cutout letters in blue colors transparent overlay film as per IRC 67-201 guide lines 7years pre qualification warranty for of Retro-Reflective sheeting from the original sheeting manufacture & a certified copy of three outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor. The sign board shall be Retro-Reflective type XI. The Retro-Reflective sheeting should have manufacture WATERMARK on the sheeting surface for identification and the reflective sheeting should be orientation free.
