Providing and laying Prime coat of 7 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 7 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev V Specifications.

Providing and laying Tack coat of 2.5 kgs/10 sqm over the Prime surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev V Specifications.

Patch repairs with bitumen premixed chips and metal upto 50mm thick using 4kg of bitumen as tack coat per 10 sq.m using 2/3 qty. of 37.50mm IRC metal and 1/3 Qty. of 11.20mm chips and premixed chips with 44kgs of bitumen per cum including bitumen mixing laying and tamping etc., including cost of bitumen and cost of metal etc., complete.

Providing and laying 20 mm compacted thick Premix carpet with seal coat type 'B' using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm IRC size HBG metal and 0.09 cum of 11.20 mm IRC size HBG metal with 14.60 kgs of of bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm of premix carpet and 0.06 cum of Sand with 6.80 kgs of bitumen for seal coat type B per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature for premix carpet in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 20 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by 80-100 KN power roller for premix carpet and seal coat seperately to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site application of bitumen for sealcoat over premix carpet ,spreading tof seal coat etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks,paver finisher, power rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 509 of Morth specifications.
