Fabricating supplying and fixing of Galvalume Colour Sheet of size 0.47mm with the following specification. Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix, 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 [one cement, two M-sand and four course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadooing the walls with Colour Designed glazed tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6mm of approved make and quality in cement mortar 1:2 mix [one cement and two M-sand] over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly etc., complete as per standard specification.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with approved Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position White glazed earthenware Oriya type INDIAN WATER CLOSET of size 580mm x 440mm of approved quality with 'P' (or) 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 mix (one lime, two sand and five brick jelly) 100m thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to the cast iron soil pipes / PVC pipes by dismantling the brick masonry, reinforced concrete roof / floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without any leakage etc., complete complying with standard specification.
