Supplying and erecting, centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90cm x60cm BG 10 gauge stiffened with welded M.S. angle of 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not less than 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (The payment for centering shall be made only after the concrete is laid. The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor)Plane surface such as RCC square or rectangular columns, top and bottom slab of sunshade, boxing sill slabs etc.,

Brick work using Fly Ash Bricks 230 x 110 x 70mm in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five m.sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Supplying and fixing of rolling shutter with ISI specification which shall be of pull and push type made out of 18 G x 3" loth section which consist of five main parts such as curtain lock plate guide channel rollers and hood covers these five main parts are made out of speicial components detailed below. curtain shall be of 18 G x 3 " loth section curtain of the required size and filled with heavy cast iron M.S. chips for 8' (2.44m) with rolling shutters loth section provided shall be not less than 37 nos lock plate shall be 10 gauge M.S. sheet reinforced with 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm M.S. angles @ the bottom and fitted with heavy latches and locking arrangements oneither side these should be one handle on either side. pressed guide channel shall be of 10 gauge M.S. sheet and attached to the side brackets shall be of 10 gauge M.S. plate with 20 mm square bars and cast iron 'U' clambs shall be riveted to the side brackets. Roller shall be heavy cast iron pulley fitted with heacy duty "U" G class 40 mm steel pipe and high tensile fassils high carbon coil spring 2 Nos. shall be fitted food cover shall be of 0.90 mm M.S. sheet reinforced with 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm M.S. angle guide channel the rolling shutters in addition to the above shall have pulling hook and shall be coated with heavy coat of red oxide primer

Supply and fixing of M.S. iron grill gate of required size and design approved by the departmental officers including cost of materials and labour charges including one coat of primer of red oxide etc., complete as per standard specification

Paving the floor with Vitrified Marbonite tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignmen

Finishing the top of floor with Granolithic Finish with CC 1: 2: 4 (one cement, two sand & four HBG jelly) using chips of grade 10 mm and below for 50mm thickness and rubbed smooth etc, complete as per standard specification

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 20 mm of approved quality in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement add three sand) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires with TW switch box and 5A FT switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point (SD 24)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed fan point (for electronic regulator)(SD 23)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 5A 3pin non interlocking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed plug point (SD 13)

Providing & fixing PVC RAIN WATER DOWNFALL PIPE of the following dia with necessary T.W.Clamps Plugs, Shoes,Bemds, other clamps, screws nails etc.,complete complying with standard specification. The rate is inclusive of cost of removable iron gratings of appropriate size. The size of Teak Wood plugs used is 150X25mm in front & 200x75mm in rear (wall side) with a depth of 110mm. Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.
