The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor or as a partner of JV, similar works during the last five years ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited. The similar works can be: i. three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 54.83 lakh each (not less than 90% of contract value). ii. two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 76.76 lakh each (not less than 90% of contract value). iii. one similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 109.65 lakh (not less than 90% of contract value). The escalation factors to be used to bring the value of such completed works to the level of the current financial year are: - One year before: 1.10 - Two years before: 1.21 - Three years before: 1.33 - Four years before: 1.46 - Five years before: 1.61Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs.54.83 lakh each, two similar completed works costing not less than Rs.76.76 lakh each, one similar completed work costing not less than Rs.109.65 lakh. Additionally, the works should have been satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) during the last five years. Also, work of similar nature during last 5 years with the following values and percentages: - Single work of Rs.109.65 lakh (minimum 50% of estimated cost of work) - Two similar works each of Rs.76.76 lakh (minimum 35% of estimated cost of work) - Three similar works each of Rs. 54.83 lakh (minimum 25% of estimated cost of work)
