Supply, laying, connecting, testing & commissioning cable XLPE insulated, earthed, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electrical power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed) grade, of size 3 core 185 sq mm, ISI marked conforming to IS- 7098 Part II complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Excavation, earthwork & cable protection measured separately. (j) Hard wire interlock :- Among DG-1, DG-2 & Mains ACB come in force, If L/R switch is on remote and as soon as turned to local then it can be controlled manually from TNC (Trip,neutral and close switch). (k) Indication : Green (ON) and RED (OFF) indication of each ACB panel console. (l) Extended cable bus bar :- 400 sqmm 3.5 core AL XLPE 3 runs of cables going to be terminated in each of DG-1, DG-2 feeders, Hence proper bus bar chamber size to accomodate all cables. (m) PLC Interlock :- Wiring needs to be provided for remote close, remote trip and U-V inside panel upto outgoing terminal of each ACB panel bay with at least 3NO+3NC Aux contacts wired upto terminal block so that can be used for further remote interlock. (n) Interpanel hard wired interlock :- will be provided by ACB panel manufacturer closing circuit interlocks as detailed above. (o) Electrical TNC (Trip-Neutral-close) :- Trip, Neutral and close switch for manual operation needs to be provided by ACB panel manufacturer.

Taking out old U/S earthing including all connected items, Material and labour for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth wire 4.0 mm GI by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized, including GI protection pipe 15mm size light grade all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD bars 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal, salt, connected to earthing test point all as specified including testing and commissioning on completion all as specified and directed ( Note :- Length of GI wire 4mm size upto 7.5 mtr shall be measured as one unit only)

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of indoor type isolation Transformer 160 KVA three phase, dry type, delta star metallic body unbalanced type copper wound with standard fittings and accessories for input voltage 400 V AC, 3 phase, output voltage 400V AC, 3 phase of frequency of 50 Hz, voltage regulation 4% max with following description :- (a) Method of cooling -Oil cooled. (b) Temperature rise in winding (degree C) over and ambinet 55 deg. (c) As per IS : 2026 efficiency shall be more than 98% (d) Mounting on wheels (e) Class of insulation F (f) Earth to netural voltage should be less than one volt complete all as specified and as directed. Location - MAFI Power Station 2
