Supply , install, test and commissioning of LT Panel board of suitable size for 3 phase 415 Volt of both side opening double door with push type metal lock, heavy duty wide hinges, separate common across cable aley,made out of 3 mm CRCA Sheet with angle iron frame of size (50 x 50 x 6 mm) and MC channel of size (75 mm x 40 mm) for panel base outdoor type,free standing cubical type totally enclosed weather dust and vermin proof with front and rear opening with locking arrangement of 440 Volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz having TPN Copper bus bar of capacity 600 AMps, with IP 54 as per IS 13947 protection, and neutral with copper bus bar. Cutting chases on concrete surfaces for concealed GI tubing/HDPE pipe exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm girth ,making good to facing where required and pointing in cement morter 1:3 all as directed.

Labour only for returning and filling of trenches using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 23 cm (8 cm below cable and 15 cm above cable) for cushioning of cable all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255- 1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning

S & F GI tubing 'Light' grade 40mm bore with all fittings for cable protection fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads crossing etc and made good the disturbed surfaces/area complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 5 above but 3.50/4 core cable 70-120 Sq mm.

Boring of holes under road,pavement and hard standing by trenchless techonology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for o.4 mpa working pressure

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation/ road cutting etc including necessary form work and finishing the exposed concrete surfaces even and fair all as specified and as directed

Supply and Laying LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed amoured, heavy duty, in trenches/walls/poles/passing through pipes with stranded aluminium conductor of 6 sqmm 2 core complete including lugs/thimble/ferules connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the existing any description of LT UG cable of size 10 sqmm to 16 sqmm 2/4 core and find out the fault and re-laying of the same LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed amoured, heavy duty, in trenches/walls/poles/passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs/thimble/ferules connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified. Notes: [i] Earth work, excavation sand cusioning, bricks for protection, GI pipe, LT UG Cable Joints etc shall be measured separately under relevant items of this schedule . [ii] If old LT UG cable will found unserviceable, if requirted LT U/G cable shall be mesaured and paid as Supply and Laying of LT UG cable under relevant items of this schedule.
