M&L for providing ,50mm thick cement concrete B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate with admixed as per manufacture instruction and complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge

M & L for RCC pipe class NP-2 (ISI Marked) 450mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) 450mm set in cement mortar

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel not exc 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plaster surfaces of walls over 10cm width and applying two coats of weather coat exterior paint over a coat of priming paints plaster coat including necessary surface preparation by using mechanicall tool/ auto roller complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge

S&F Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0. 18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in Skirting, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10mm thick screed bed in cement plaster 1:4 on padding layer for roof treatment with WPC complete all as specified

M & L for Concrete bed to drain pipes for 300 mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested and tested using PCC 1:3:6 type C2 40mm graded aggregate.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm in CM 1:6 & top layer of 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 on external stone wall surfaces with WPC incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing Precast RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs [for manholes etc], chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, Shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement concret of type C1, 1:3:6 of (20 mm aggregate) in Coping , lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement TMT steel bars of 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course over sub base complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L for Concrete bed to drain pipes for 100 mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested and tested using PCC 1:3:6 type C2 40mm graded aggregate.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc.

M & L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate ) in Flooring and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with Hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40mm complete all as speciifed and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning/Desilting of bed of drains constructed in any masonry, average thickness n. exc 40 cm including removal of vegitation growth or bushes, roots and getting out including disposing off excavated silt, soil, vegitation, shrubs etc. to a distance not exc 100m where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for terrace water proofing preparation , povision and applying polyurethane waterproofing memberane coating comprising the following (a) Cleaning mechanically the surface clean and free from any bituminus residue dirt ,oil, gresae, udulations, troughts etc ,including surface cracks etc filled with high performance rapid setting ,high early strength, shrinkage compensated repair concrete all complete as per manufactures specification (b) Providing and applying PU primer @ 200 ml per sqm or equivalent as approved by GE and then applying rwo coats of two components , moisture cure highly elastomeric & tough polyurethane waterproofing membarance PU @1.5kg per sqm in two coats to achieve dry film thickness of 1.07 mm having tensile strength6MPa & elongation o 600 % providing unmatched crack bridging abilities and solid content of 98%. complete all as per the manufatures specification. (c) On completion of waterproofing application providing and fix 200gsm non woven polypropylene geo textile membrance with over lap of minimum 50mm as protective medium before screed concrete or land scaping works ( make : Nitoproof 650 PU of FOSROC or equivalent as mentioned in list of make as approved by GE) Note:(a) All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of roof treatment manufacturer only

S&F in repairs PVC(SWR) pipe 110 mm dia, conforming to IS-13592-1992 type 'B', single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in walls including neccessary clamps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick Plain Cement concret of type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) in Subbase complete all as specified.
