Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Supplying, providing and laying pressed modern clay tiles of Mangalore/Kerala (as per approved pattern 15-20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) with necessary special tiles for ridges and hips, on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound (Sika/Perma - used as per the desired ratio of manufactured product), laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with proper grouting, curing and finished neat complete, etc. including dismantling the existing roof tiles and cement mortar with neat cleaning all necessary scaffolding and dumping the debris within a lead of 200m etc. as per the standard specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing, laying and fixing of Stainless Steel hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade. Supplying, providing and fixing front glass facade with glass door: Design, supply of frameless glazed façade as per IS 875 part 3 and AS1288 2006 CODAL requirements, suspended from the top of the opening incorporating toughened glass panels as per approved drawings, and toughened / laminated glass fins as stabilizers, used at each vertical joint to provide lateral stiffness against wind loading. Deflections and other specified loads expected including frame work wherever necessary and hardware all other accessories in the glazing with all extrusions, fittings, suspension brackets, spider fittings of DORMA / AUSTAVISION / SADEV / STANLEY make with 4, 2 points spiders & stainless steel bolts as per design.
