Earth filling for foundation/ flooring work using departmental sand including all transportation of filling sand/ building debris from HUP to site, levelling works, compaction , consolidation, etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and spreading of 150mm consolidated thick gravel of approved quality above the refilled earth surface with watering, levelling works, compaction and consolidating, etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying soling stone 230mm thick over the existing sub base/sub grade including levelling and consolidation to form a compact surface using hard blue granite soling stone including hand packing, wedging them tightly and filling the voids with loose sand, watering and sweeping the sand into the joints so that the hole is formed as solid mass, etc. complete as per standard specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 mix for foundation/ flooring work using 40mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly including all form works, mixing, laying, compaction, consolidation and curing, etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing & laying RR masonry foundation/ wall/ retaining wall in cement mortar 1:6 for construction of wall using hard blue granite stone, etc. complete from 2.5 m below ground level to 4.5m height above ground level with neat finishing including proper pointing & necessary scaffolding work etc complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying brick masonry in CM 1:6 using well burnt country brick of minimum size 22.9x11.2x7cm for foundation/kerb wall/wall upto 4.5m height from ground level including all scaffolding, staging, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 mix for foundation/ flooring work/kerb wall drainage wall using 20mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly including all form works, mixing, laying consolidation and curing, etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and fixing twisted reinforcement IS 1786 HYSD bars Fe500D/Fe550D (TMT bars - TATA/ Agni/ JSW) including fabrication, cutting, bending, cold tying, with overlapping to the standard length wherever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including binding, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges, necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. complete for all RCC works (item No. 12) upto 15m height as per standard specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 for RCC works height upto 4.5m using 20mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly with specified reinforcement (rate excluding the cost of reinforcement) and all mixing, laying, compaction, leveling, consolidation and curing, etc., including the cost of centering/shuttering work, necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering, pointing with CM 1:4 mix 12mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth etc for floors & walls upto 4.5m height with neat finishing and necessary grouting, scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. and mix with water proofing compound (Sika/Perma), fibre mesh wherever required, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering with CM 1:3 mix 12mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth for RCC beam, column, ceiling, wall & floor upto 4.5m height with neat finishing and necessary grouting, pointing, including all scaffolding, including fibre mesh wherever required, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of 2mm thick chequered aluminium (Jindal/ Hindalco) sheet with bolting the same with the frame of gate @ 300mm spacing or nearest, etc., complete, as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of required size ISI standard 'C' class GI round / square/rectangular pipe for roof, gate, partition, shed including painting the pipe with two coat with 1st quality enamel paint of approved shade (Asian/ Berger/ Nippon) over a coat of primer (Asian/Berger/ Nippon), including necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements, etc. complete as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlin, rafter, sleeves false rafter, base plate bracing and lacing, etc. fabricated out of G.I tubular square/rectangular heavy (C-class) pipes (purlin-1 1/2"; rafter - 1 1/2"; bracing -1") (TATA/Jindal/Kalunga) conforming to relevant I.S. code and providing G.I. tubular square/circular post heavy (C-class) (4"x4") (TATA/JINDAL/Kalunga) and proper welding with base plates and base fixing with concrete including painting with two coats of approved enamel paints (Asian/Berger/Nippon) over a coat of zinc chromate primer etc. complete. Over the roof truss fixing with 0.47mm thick powder coated sheet/ powder coated end curved sheet [TATA - Durashine /HINDALCO] (blue / red) with proper slopping, necessary ridges and drain arrangements, around side cladding and fixing 8mm dia G.I. polymer coated bolts & nuts (Aargee Associates/equivalent make), washer and bolt cap, necessary fittings etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of paints and painting two coats with epoxy smoke grey paint (Asian/Berger) over a coat of epoxy zinc-chromate/zinc-phosphate primer (Asian/Berger) including chipping, scrapping and cleaning the surface, with necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of paints and painting two coat with emulsion paint (Asian/Berger/Nippon) 1st quality of approved shade over a coat of cement primer for the external/internal masonry surface upto 4.5m height and above from ground level, including thorough scrapping, cleaning, removal of dirt, all tools & tackles, sandpaper and scaffolding arrangements, etc. and applying putty touch-up works wherever required, etc complete as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and providing glass coping with glass set in cement mortar 1:3, 20mm thick over the top of the heighten compound wall with necessary grouting, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Engagement of Fitter for miscellaneous works such as levelling the existing A.C. valley gutters/leak arresting with departmental materials, etc. (Rate excluding the cost of materials).

Engagement of Mason for miscellaneous works complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Required materials will be issued by company on free of cost).

Engagement of labour (Mazdoor) for miscellaneous work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Required materials will be issued by company on free of cost).
