Panel shall be of suitable size made up of 14 SWG or higher, CRCA sheet Minimum Size of the panel shall be 1200 (W) x 2100 (H) x 800 (D) mm- without base frame) with panel air circulation, relay boards for Digital inputs 192 Channels (64 Ch x 3 Nos modules) – Relay Modules (8 Ch x 24 Nos / 16 Ch x 12 Nos) with make: OMRON OR “OEN” OR “NANDI”, Signal Transducers/Current Transducers (30 Nos) with input 1A/5A to output 4-20 mA shall be suitable for DIN rail mounting with suitable auxiliary supply with make: “MASIBUS” OR “RADIX” OR “SOUTHERN TRANSDUCERS” OR “MULTISPAN”, Panel Illumination, Service socket, Fused terminals and painting as per technical specification of tender document. All spare channels in each Relay module should be wired with spare terminals for future expansion with necessary ferrules and tags. Panel Make: “RITTAL” OR “ELDON” OR “KELTRON” OR “BCH”

Supply of material required for providing 25 mm dia meter 3 meter long copper bonded earth electrode, back filling with moisture enhancing earth full compound, clamps with bolt and nut etc conforming to IS: 3043 with latest amendments. G.I flat 25 mm X 6 mm length of 30 meter length approx per pit from PLC panel to earth pit.

Charges for Installation and commissioning. (Erection and installation of new PLC panel , Relay panels and computer cabinet, Laying and termination of new control cables (24 core, 0.75 Sq.mm) at MCC side , PLC panel side and Relay panel side, laying and termination of the Ethernet cables through PVC conduit, Erection and commissioning of earthing system and connection with PLC panel, fixing of hooters and laying and termination of 3 core, 1.5 Sq. mm armoured copper conductor cable of 200 meters for hooters, cabling from MCC to signal transducers in relay panel, PLC programming, SCADA development etc. All cables should be laid through New cable trays (New cable trays of FRP ladder type OR perforated type have to be supplied and installed by the successful bidder wherever required). All cables to be tagged with aluminium cable tags at both ends.UPS to PLC panel connection with required cables have to be erected.
