Supplying, providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 for RCC works from 4.5m to 15m height using 20mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly with specified reinforcement (rate excluding the cost of reinforcement) and all mixing, laying, compaction, leveling, consolidation and curing, etc., including the cost of centering/shuttering work, necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering with CM 1:4 mix 15mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth etc for floors & walls upto 4.5m height with neat finishing and necessary grouting, scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. and mix with water proofing compound (Sika/Perma), fibre mesh wherever required, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering with CM 1:4 mix 15mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth etc for floors & walls height from 4.5m to 15m with neat finishing and necessary grouting, scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. and mix with water proofing compound (Sika/Perma), fibre mesh wherever required, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering with CM 1:3 mix 12mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth for RCC beam, column, ceiling, wall & floor upto 4.5m height with neat finishing and necessary grouting including all scaffolding, including fibremesh wherever required, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering with CM 1:3 mix 12mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth for RCC beam, column, ceiling, wall & floor height from 4.5m to 15m with neat finishing and necessary grouting including all scaffolding, including fibremesh wherever required, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 mix for roof terrace flooring/ sunshade/ inner side of parapet wall work using 6mm chips and below grade hard blue granite jelly and providing 2 coat of polymer coating [Water Proof Coating (Sika/Perma) as per the desired ratio of manufactured product - The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix, any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer (water proofing agent) modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat etc.] for said portion, before applying water proof coating the surface shall be cleaned and remove all dust, foreign matters loose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush, etc. including proper top plastering with necessary pointing, etc. with all form works, mixing, laying consolidation and curing & necessary scaffolding upto 15m height from ground level, etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying 110mm dia ID PVC finolex/ Ashirwad/Astral (6Kg) pipes including all specials such as bend, elbow, reducer, tee, solvent cement, etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Engagement of Fitter for miscellaneous works complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Required materials will be issued by company on free of cost).
