Providing and laying cast in-situ controlled self-compacting reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS:10262/2019 of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 12mm and downgrade size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture including VMA, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, walls, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately), finishing with required shear key, hacking, cleaning as per the pour strip typical detail all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge(EIC) for all in-situ item.
Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixtures, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, consolidating, curing and smooth finishing. Chemical admixtures confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F. 4. Cement based Grouting in case of any porous / honeycomb structure, visible cracks on surface etc. or any other defects if noticed shall be rectified as directed by EIC. The cost of cement grouting in such cases shall be borne by the contractor only. 5. All relevant and necessary tests shall be done in accordance to IS:10262 (latest version) and as per the technical specification and as per the direction of the EIC.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering for curved surface to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof. The cost inclusive of providing & fixing tie bolt, spring coil and plastic cone in wall shuttering along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position corrosion resistant steel reinforcement (CRS) bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'JSW or SAIL or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts.
Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. For further details please see point 7 of Section VIII, General Information for Guidance of Tenderers.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and installing of 1.2mm average thick self adhesive HDPE membrane 'MAPEI Mapeproof ALS AP or Fosroc Membrane HDPE P or approved equivalent' having puncture resistance of 1100N (as per ASTM E 154), tensile strength of 21 Mpa & elongation of 700% (ASTM D412) and hydrostatic head resistance not less than 70m water head as per ASTM D 5385, peel adhesion to concrete 1100N/m as per ASTM D 903. The pre-applied, fully bonded HDPE sheet membrane shall be loosely laid on PCC and gets bonded to the underneath of the poured concrete of raft slab. The membrane shall have minimum of 75mm side laps and end laps which shall be sealed with double sided adhesive tape B6. The size of the membrane will be 1.2 Mtr x 20 Mtr, all complete as per manufactures specification and instructions with 10 years warranty for waterproofing membrane.

Providing and apply MAPEI's Planiseal 88 (white/ grey) CE certified ready-to-use, single component, UV stable, osmotic cementitious mortar or Fosroc Brushbond Ultraflex suitable for contact with drinking water for waterproofing concrete surfaces by brush or trowel. Apply several criss-cross coats of the product on a clean substrate saturated with water. The product must have the following mechanical characteristics when mixed with 23% water and applied to 2 mm thick. Compressive strength (EN 12190) (MPa): 25 (after 28 days), Flexural strength (EN 196/1) (MPa): 6.0 (after 28 days), Adhesion to substrate (EN 1542) (MPa): ≥ 2 (after 28 days), Impermeability expressed as coefficient of permeability to free water (EN 1062-3) (kg/m²•h0.5): W 0.05 Class III (low permeability to water) according to EN 1062-1, Permeability to water vapour equivalent air thickness SD (EN ISO 7783-1) (m): sD 1Class I (permeable to water vapour), Reaction to fire (Euroclass): E. The surface to be waterproofed must be perfectly clean and sound. Remove crumbly or loose parts, dust, cement laitance, form release agents, varnishes and paint by mechanical brushing, sanding or high water pressure. Waterproofing corners between adjacent walls and between walls and floors are to be carried out by application of alkali-resistant, elastic, rubber tape with felt backing and good deformability properties, including at low temperatures such as Mapeband H120 produced by MAPEI S.p.A, for waterproofing fillet joints between horizontal and vertical surfaces and expansion joints. Apply a first, even coat of the Mapelastic Smart waterproofing product on a clean, compact substrate with a smooth trowel, then apply the tape by pressing along the sides, making sure there are no creases or air bubbles. Apply a second layer of the waterproofing product fresh on fresh to completely cover the sides of the tape. Apply the tape in the check joints in the substrate to form an inverted “Ω” shape. Before applying MAPEI's Planiseal 88 Completely soak the substrate with water. Wait for the evaporation of the excess water. If necessary, in order to accelerate the operation, use a sponge or compressed air. Note: Suitable guarantee for 10 years is to be provided for this work. This work has to be executed as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
