Note:
1. The rate shall include the cost of picking the flowers from Department Nursery.
2. The contractor shall engage minimum 1 person for three times in a week as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Failure to employ the above minimum number of labour will attract the penal clause as per additional special condition of contract attached with the tender for every default of labour.

Arrangement of flower pots monthly two times for various buildings in IGCAR area including loading / unloading, watering the plants daily and maintaining them in the nursery and in buildings etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Note:

Conveying and disposing the unwanted surplus excavated earth & debris, broken materials, rubbish, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at identified places as Dumping yard with lead exceeding 3 kilometer but not exceeding 4 kilometer, as per requirement including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

2) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil, @ 50% in respect of Rock and @ 30% in respect of debris from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements.
3) The earth/debris shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.
