Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately)

Development of lawn including 150 mm digging and levelling the surface of earth area, cleaning existing weeds and plants including roots , Collection , supply and planting ( dibbling method 1: 4) Korean grass of good quality including cost of korean grass, conveyance and planting and watering for 2 months etc all as directed by the Engineer in Charge .

Earthwork in excavation necessary for Lawns and Compost piut etc. including dressing, trimming and compaction the cut formation in accordance with requirements of lines, levels, cross fall etc. all complete as per specifications and disposal of all cut surplus / unsuitable materials and stacking of suitable materials with all lifts and lead up to 50metres as per specification for road works and as directed by the Engineer.

Supply and spreading of fertilizer (urea / DAP), neem cake including cost of fertilizer and neem cake etc., all as per specification at the rate of 0.01kg/sqm for fertilizer and 0.005kg/sqm of neem cake, all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the heavy / light jungle using JCB by dozing the ground level, uprooting small trees, collecting, removing and stacking jungle waste separately and disposing off with a lead of 4 kilometres etc complete as directed by EIC. Payment will be made on the running hours of the JCB at site. ( Only Actual working Hours alone will be paid)

Area cleaning/ Clearing the light jungle whenever and wherever required consisting of thorny bushes, velikathan saplings, wild growths and all other growth, collecting and disposing the cut away materials to the far off place with a lead of 4.0 km and burning them with prior approval of the departmental Engineer and all safety measures as directed by the Engineer

Providing and laying the following sizes PVC water supply line with 'Finolex / Varun / Truebore' or approved equivalent make PVC pipes suitable for 6 kg/sq.cm pressure and specials confirming & marked to to IS:4985 including jointing with PVC jointing compound, laying and fixing the pipes in the excavated trenches, cost of all types of specials such as tees, reduces, coupler, reducing bushes, threaded adaptor, elbow, tail pieces, caps etc., and testing the line as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Conveyance of fallen trees / branches during monsoon / Cyclonic period / as and when required from road side to dumping yard with in a lead of 1km including cutting the fallen branches / trees, loading and unloading by using mechanical means like JCB, Tractor, stacking the wood at dumping yard , etc., including hire cost of tractor , driver , manpower for loading and unloading , etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Carrying outdoor fogging operation with hand operated thermal fogger for controlling mosquito menace using Deltamethrin chemical at the rate of 30 ml mixed in 3 litres of diesel and fogging all around the building and other open areas of entire plant area at required intervals as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . (The rate shall include cost of chemicals, labours, tools & Plants, transportation etc. all complete)

Providing and spraying indoor residual spray against Mosquito and other insects by using Cyfluthrin chemical or other approved chemicals diluted at the rate of 10 ml per litre of water and spraying with suitable sprayer inside and surroundings for all types of buildings as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing the Strom water drain once in 3months and when and wherever required including collection of all unwanted leaves, small plants, silt and other unwanted debris materials upto 200m etc.,and stacking for disposal upto 200m lead etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. - 500mm to 1000mm wide with cover slab Note: 1. Every time cleaning area shall be measured for payment. 2. The contractor shall engage minimum 2 numbers of workers daily as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Failure to deploy the minimum numbers of labour will attract recovery with the minimum wages for every default of labour. 3. The contractor shall supply the necessary PPE to the workers.

Cleaning and disinfection of RCC / PVC Over head water tanks upto a height of 2 metre by mechanized method with following operations in various stages including all tools, materials, fuel, labour, safety belts, helmets, safety shoes, safety goggles, gloves, closing / opening of the scour valve , removing / refixing the manhole cover in position , etc., all complete as per specifications at all lifts and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Cleaning process : 1) Dewatering wherever required for Over head tanks. 2) Sludge removal with sludge removal equipment and flush the floor of tank / sump. 3) Cleaning the walls , ceiling and floor of the tank / sump to remove all germs , bacteria and calcination by using High pressure rotary water jet cleaning equipment. 4) Vacuum cleaning with industrial vacuum cleaner to completely remove the dirt to make the tank / sump totally clean. 5) Sterlization / disinfecting the tank / sump by spraying a Biodegradable anti- bacterial spray of approved make and dilution shall be as per manufacturer instructions with rotary jet pumps. 6)Radiation treatment of the tank using UV radiation to completely destroy the all floating bacteria to make water tank / sump thoroughly clean . Duration of UV treatment shall be between 1 min to 10 mins depending on the size of tank as approved by Engineer-in- charge. Note: 1) Care and all precautionary measures shall be taken to avoid asphixation while cleaning . 2) Power required for operation of pumps and equipments will be provided at free of cost from Department supply. However contractor shall make their own arrangement to tap the supply from DB / Power points near by location. 3) The labourers engaged for cleaning the water storage tanks / Sintex tanks / reservoirs/ sumps shall obtain the medical certificate by DAE Hospital before attending the work.

Cleaning the sun shades roof gutters/ rain water gutters at all levels of various building, removing the vegetation growth and cleaning the drain pipes, spouts periodically as and when required, conveying the removed unwanted materials to the bins as directed, cutting and making opening in brick masonry, RCC concrete, removing the debris, disposing off as directed, attending the masonry repairs and making good the sides of hole packing the removed portion of the inside by filling concrete / brick work including finishing the surfaces etc. construction of brick masonry foundation walls wherever required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Septic Tank of 5000 litres capacity by mechanical means by engaging sewage tanker fitted with Vaccum pump including pumping the sewage water from Septic Tanks , collection, transportation , disposal of the same to the place as directed by Engineer in charge and cleaning of Sludge if any from the tank.Note: Contrator shall arrange specilised Sewage Tanker along with Operators with valid permits.

Maintenance of wall Urinals/ EWC/IWC Washbasin/ Inspection chambers by cleaning , removing the chokes and clearing the drainage pipe at regular interval / as and when got choked etc. all complete etc. all complete work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site .

Day to day assistance in the execution of Civil Engineering related activities at various construction or maintenance sites such as assisting to checking at all the stages of each activity of reinforecement fabrication and erection works, checking the shuttering alignment, concreting works, brick work and RR masonry works, plastering, painting works and other finishing works, preventive & breakdown maintenance activites including supervising all civil activities and assisting in taking the field measurements for estimation and RA billing works and quality assurance related works etc. as directed by the Engineer - in - charge. Note: 1. The contractor shall engage technical personnel having Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in Civil construction field activities with computer knowlegde using MS Office. 2. 8 Hours shift is considered as one operations.
