Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

M30 grade with 370 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete for all floors

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bond stones at 2.00 metres apart for foundation, basement and in superstructure, compound/boundary walls, including sizing of stones if required, raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts.

Providing Flush pointing over the random rubble masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3 at all levels including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes of following sizes conforming to IS:458, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 using crushed stone sand, laying to the levels, slopes including testing of joints etc. complete all as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

600mm dia NP2 class RCC Hume pipe

Removing / de nailing the existing wooden pieces fixed on the bridge platform and disposing the same at identified location with a lead of 2 km etc., complete including necessary tools, equipment’s, transport and labours as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Levelling, bull-dozing the heeped / dumped loosened earth / debris etc., by hiring JCB / Bull-dozer etc., including transporting, operating the vehicle, operating the vehicle by engaging driver/operator with valid driving license, diesel charges, insurance and admissible taxes, labour if any required etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating and erecting in position of FRP Bridge platform using the following components made up of Isophthalic Polyester resin which has low flammability and UV resistance confirming to IS 6746:1994. Tensile strength and flexural strength at break point should not be less than 206 N/Sq.mm confirming to ASTM-D-638 and ASTM-D-790 respectively and other parameters like Izod impact strength, Flame spread and oxygen index confirming to relevant ASTM standards etc., including necessary tools and equipment’s, labour all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate quoted shall be including all taxes, erection, commissioning and testing.

Providing and fixing FRP Main beam of size 152.4x76.2x6.35mm having length of 2400mm including 8 nos of SS316 M12 dia 150mm length Anchor bolt per beam and necessary fasteners etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing FRP Tie beam of size 152.4x76.2x6.35 mm having length of 1250 mm including 4 nos of L angle of size 76.2x76.2x9.52 mm with 120mm length each side and 24 nos of SS316 M12, 150mm length fasteners per beam and necessary fittings etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing FRP handrail comprises vertical post of 50.8x50.8x6.35 box section of height 1100mm fixed at 1500mm c/c and top and mid rail of 38.1mm dia,4.76 mm thick circular section including fixing Kick plate of size 101.6x12.7x3 mm thick and base shoe with SS316 M12, 100mm length fasteners and necessary fittings etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Anti – skid FRP pultruded grating made up of Isophthalic Polyester Resin of size 1220mm x 2200mm made with I section of rib thickness of 7mm and height 38mm fixed at 38mm centre to centre distance etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing SS 304 grating clamps consists of top saddle clip, bottom plate including bolt and nuts and necessary fasteners etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
