Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:6 using crushed stone sand including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.

for Basement and Ground Floor

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 15mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using crushed stone sand and using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bond stones at 2.00 metres apart for foundation, basement and in superstructure, compound/boundary walls, including sizing of stones if required, raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts.

Providing Flush pointing over the random rubble masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand at all levels including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast fence post, in reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of M 30 grade with total minimum cementitious content (cement + fly ash) 380 kg/cu.m, using OPC 43 grade conforming to IS 8112 and with required fly ash conforming to IS 3812 Part -II / ASTM C-618 Class F. Fly ash should be blended at site such that fly ash content should not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitious content. Coarse aggregate used should be hard granite machine crushed (VSI technology) graded stone aggregates with maximum size of aggregate not exceeding 20 mm and fine aggregate used should be either natural river sand or crushed stone sand conforming to IS 383 – 2016. The cost includes weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note:- 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F. 4. Minimum Curing for 10 days should be done at site as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 5. De shuttering of form work should be done as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 6.Concrete pumping system should be used for concreting.

M30 grade with 380 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete for all floors

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing and laying the following sizes PVC water supply line with 'Finolex / Varun / Truebore' or approved equivalent make PVC pipes suitable for 6 kg/sq.cm pressure and specials confirming & marked to to IS:4985 including jointing with PVC jointing compound, laying and fixing the pipes in the excavated trenches, cost of all types of specials such as tees, reduces, coupler, reducing bushes, threaded adaptor, elbow, tail pieces, caps etc., and testing the line as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concelled system profile corrugated/semi corrugated/plain zincalume sheets of 55mpa yield stress (AS 1397 – Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35 micron. The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactured from hi-tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalumen steel based and galvanized hooks. The clip should be fastened with minimum 40micron Zinc coated / minium 25micron Zinc-Tin alloy coated. The rate is inclusive of all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Lead charges for lead Exceeding 3 kilometre but not exceeding 4 kilometre

Providing and laying 65mm thick rubber moulded with vibratory compaction Factory made cement concrete precast Interlocking paver block of M30 grade made and approved size, shape, design, colour & pattern including laid over 100mm thick compacted bed of crushed stone sand (coarse sand), filling the joints with coarse sand, compaction mechanically etc. all complete all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before procurement.

Providing and laying 25mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly and crushed stone sand including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC coated G.I. Chain link fencing conforming to IS:2721 of required width in mesh size 50mm x 50mm, made of G.I wire minimum 3.15 mm diameter (with minimum GI coating thickness of 95GSM) and over with minimum PVC coating thickness of 1mm (i.e., overall minimum dia 3.15+1.0 = 4.15mm) including strengthening the fencing at top and bottom with PVC coated G.I.line wire (3 mm dia G.I wire with 1mm pvc coating (i.e., overall minimum dia 3.00+1.0 = 4.00mm) diameter, total 5-nos row (at top, bottom, middile -3 nos) for fencing, cutting of chain link & wires to required length, spreading, fixing & double tie binding chainlink to fencing post with 18 gauge SS wire, GI bolt, GI nut & 4mm tk GI square washers (as specified or 75x75x4mm) including cost of GI bolts, GI nuts & GI washers as speficied, working at all heights including cost of necessary scaffolding and safety requirement etc., complete in all respects all as per specifications & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Leveling, bull-dozing the heeped/ dumped loosened earth/ debris etc., by hiring JCB etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately). Note: 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Fabrication, erection and commissioning of 1MT per hour capacity 500 Dual organic waste shredding machine at waste processing yard of make Maxin India or other approved equivalent make made up of MS base frame work, High Grade Cutters with Double Stage cleaner, Cutter Thickness-11mm, Cutter Dia-200mm, Cutting area-500mm built with heavy duty Tapered Roller bearing, Chain coupling drive, Helical gear box -10 to 45 RPM, IE2-Foot Cum Flange Mount Motor - 10+10HP (3 Phase Motor - 1440 RPM), Auto Reverse system, Automatic Control Panel, Over Load Alarm Indication, Eay Feeding system, and fabricated with Highly safety Aspects with painting the all MS surface with powder coating etc., all complete as per specification along with training to operators and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- One year warranty shall be provided for mechanical parts.

Operation and maintenance of Solid waste management plant with a capacity of 1 M.T organic waste shredder including regular maintenance like collecting and putting the wastes in the shredder machine, after cutting the wastes are has to be keeping, storing the wastes ready to dispose, initial feeding with fresh cow dung or microbe fungus, or any other methods as directed by Engineer In Charge, mixing, drying subsequent feeding with organic waste including mixing and as our schedule of operation etc., all as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. 1) The Rate quoted shall be Unit operation of Solid waste management plant 08 Months for operation and maintenance. 2)The Contractor should engage one unskilled labour at 8.30 Hours per unit operation.

Supplying of wet cow dung along with tractor and tipper including loading and unloading charges and at regular interval as directed by Engineer In Charge to feed bacteria culture Inside the decomposting pit for decomposing of shredded or grinded dry leaves for digesting and composting etc., all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.
