Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using with 30% of RBM (Reclaimed Bituminous Material) and 70 % crushed aggregates of grading I (19mm nominal size), premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.6 to 5.0% of mix and filler, Milling of the existing paver inside the DAE complex site, transporting the reclaimed aggregates after milling to the hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a paver finisher with sensor control preferably with Niveltronic Basic system of sensor and having a Pave width range of 2.55 M to 7.5 M width to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete in all respects as per MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (5 th Revision), IRC 120 -2015 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Note:
1) Cleaning the road surface shall be carried outwith wire brush, sweeping with mechanical broom and dusting by using compressed air as per specifications.
2) Cost of Milling & Tack Coat will be paid seperately under relevant item.
3) Pre-heating of the mineral aggregateand bitumen to the specified temperature,thoroughly mixing with binder of specifiedbitumen content and filler as per mix design shallbe carried out at hot mix plant of specifiedcapacity as per MORT&H Specifications.
4) Carrying the hot premixed materials by means of tipper, trucks or any other approved means tolaying site. Laying the hot premixed material overthe prepared surface by means of paver finisherincluding manual operation as and whenrequired for proper grade, level and camber.
5) Sensor based paver for laying of Bituminous Concrete to be used during exceution of work.
6) Supply and evenly spreading of Quarry Dust over the finished layer and cleaning the same,removing small stones before allowing traffic on road.
