Providing on the floor area by screeding with screed concrete of M20 grade with total minimum cementitious content (cement + fly ash content not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitious content) 320kg/cum of concrete and minimum cement content of 256 Kg/cum of concrete (shall be using 10mm down aggregate) admixed with crystalline based integral water proofing admixture CERA CRYSTALLINE INTEGRAL / Conplast / SIKA WT-215P or approved equivalent at the ratio specified by manufacturer recommendation to the required thickness and slope at terrace water proofing including applying one coat of bonding polymer modified mortar 1 : 2 (1 cement : 2 sand) admixed with CERA LATEX SBR / FOSROC NITO BOND SBR / SIKA additive or approved equivalent at 3kg per bag of cement with compressed air under pressure over the prepared surface at all locations and all elevation and specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing repair work to the cracks in joints between plastered wall to column/beam junctions at all locations and at all elevations upto 20 to 30mm deep, upto 200mm wide including preparing the surface, providing and filling the block work beam joints with special cementitious light-weight mortar CERA SEAL CCCP / FOSROC / NITO BOND SBR / SIKA or approved equivalent, providing and applying 20mm thick polymer modified' mortar by mechanically over a coat of polymer bonding agent of CERABOND EP / FOSROC / NITO BOND EP / SIKA or approved equivalent and cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles, equipment’s, fuel & transport etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge and as per the specifications. a) Surface preparation: Chipping and removing the existing plastered wall surfaces to the required depth and surface preparation such as removing the loose materials, dust and other laitance with wire brush and coir brush, etc. complete. b) Joint treatment: Grooves shall be cut along the construction joints on block work/brick work - beam / column joints and the gap shall be treated with (1) SBR Bonding coat of polymer bonding agent of CERABOND EP / FOSROC / NITO BOND EP / SIKA or equivalent and (2) filled the gap with special cementitious light-weight mortar CERA SEAL CCCP / FOSROC /SIKA or equivalent c) Bonding coat on surface: Providing and applying a coat of polymer bonding agent of CERABOND EP / FOSROC / NITO BOND EP / SIKA or equivalent to the cleaned and prepared concrete surface prior to applying of polymer modified mortar. d) Polymer modified mortar : Applying polymer modified mortar 1:2:2 (1 cement : 2 sand: 2 stone Aggregate of nominal size 6mm) admixed with CERA LATEX SBR / FOSROC/ NITO BOND SBR / SIKA additive or equivalent @ 3 kg per bag of cement for a thickness of 20mm in by mechanically or manually and neatly finished as instructed over the prepared surface / over the fiber glass mesh fixed surface. Note: 1) Scaffolding will be paid in separately in the relevant item. 2) The contractor shall arrange the suitable safety arrangements for executing the work at his own cost as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing repair work to the surface cracks in plastered wall at all locations and at all elevations upto 20 to 30mm deep, upto 200mm using Polymer modified cement repair mortar including preparing the surface by hacking the surface for better adhesion, providing approved glass fibre mesh reinforcement, applying bond coat, filling/plastering with polymer modified repair mortar in layers using approved polymers, curing, cleaning of floor/windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.
a) Surface Preparation : Preparing the wall surface by chipping of unsound/ weak /loose plaster surface mortar with manual Chisel and/ or by mechanical means at all lifts including cutting/trimming of edges to provide firm vertical faces, making square shoulders of cavities, cleaning the exposed surface to make surface dust free, disposal of debris within 2 Km lead. b) Bond Coat: Applying SBR based bond coat of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete) or approved equivalent. Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications. c) Application of repair mortar: Providing approved glass fibre mesh reinforcement with cement paste before plastering in the surface crack area. d) Building up with polymer modified cement repair mortar of ratio 1:4 (1 part of cement : 4 parts of sand) and adding admixtures in recommended proportion of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill- SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete) or approved equivalent. Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications. Note: 1) Scaffolding will be paid in separately in the relevant item. 2) The contractor shall arrange the suitable safety arrangements for executing the work at his own cost as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing Structural repair work to the exposed reinforced concrete surfaces of columns, beams, slabs, window sills, staircase and lintel cum sunshades at all locations and at all elevations by guniting including preparing the surface, providing and applying 2 coats of anti- corrosive coating using CERA ZINC-ZR / NITOZINC from FOSROC / CICA or approved equivalent, providing and applying 25mm thick polymer modified mortar by manually over a coat of polymer bonding agent CERA LATEX SBR / NITOBOND SBR LATEX from FOSROC / CICA or equivalent @ 2kg per bag of cement and cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles, equipment’s, fuel & transport etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge and as per the specifications. a) Chipping, grinding and removing all the porous / loose parts, cracked / damaged concrete to the required sound concrete surface, exposing the rods and cleaning any foreign material including removing the rust and loose scales from the exposed reinforcement with wire and coir brushes and cleaning the entire surface by blowing compressed air and / or water jet. etc. complete. b) Providing and applying epoxy zinc rich primer of CERA ZINC-ZR / NITOZINC from FOSROC / SICA or equivalent in 2 coats to the exposed reinforcement and new reinforcement after doing the necessary surface preparation. c) Providing and applying a coat of polymer bonding agent CERA LATEX SBR / NITOBOND EP from FOSROC / CICA or equivalent to the cleaned and prepared concrete surface. d) Applying polymer modified mortar using 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) admixed with CERA LATEX SBR / NITO BOND SBR LATEX from FOSROC / CICA additive or equivalent @ 2 kg per bag of cement for a thickness of 25mm by manually over the prepared surface at all locations and all elevations. Note: 1) Scaffolding work will be paid in separate item. 2) The contractor shall arrange the suitable safety arrangements for executing the work at his own cost as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter.
