Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of M 30 grade with total minimum cementitious content (cement + fly ash) 380 kg/cu.m, using OPC 43 grade conforming to IS 8112 and with required fly ash conforming to IS 3812 Part -II / ASTM C-618 Class F. Fly ash should be blended at site such that fly ash content should not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitious content. Coarse aggregate used should be hard granite machine crushed (VSI technology) graded stone aggregates with maximum size of aggregate not exceeding 20 mm and fine aggregate used should be either natural river sand or crushed stone sand conforming to IS 383 – 2016. The cost includes weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item.
Note:- 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F. 4. Minimum Curing for 10 days should be done at site as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 5. De shuttering of form work should be done as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 6. Concrete pumping system should be used for concreting.
