Providing 18mm thick particle board with teak wood beading of 18x12mm size all around for cupboard shutters including cutting to required size & shape, fixing in position etc. complete for cupboard shutters etc. and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing lamination sheet of formica greenlam, 1mm thick of approved shade, pattern & colour of ‘Green lam lamination’ or approved equivalent, including cutting to required size and shape, pasted over plywood or partical board using synthetic resin adhesive of fevical SR 998 G or Dunlop’s 758 glue of approved make all complete as per manufactures specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chromium plated Brass handles 100mm with plate 150x32mm including fitting with necessary chromium plated brass screws all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing Stainless steel Piano hinges ISI marked IS:3818 of over all width 35 mm, fixing with necessary stainless steel screws etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Magnet catch for shutters with required sizes of screws for fixing complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge. Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 4 lever cupboard lock of ‘Godrej’ or other approved equivalent make with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor/wall tiles conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in approved size, shade and colour (as approved by Engineer-in-charge), free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners fixed at right angles as per design and pattern required over a bed of 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3), including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile, properly finished in all respects, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

In flooring fixing with 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4

Operating the Miscellaneous works for unquantified jobs for department as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: If job is allocated to the contractor he has to engage minimum one fitter in general shift 9:00 to 17:30 hours per day for 1 unit.

Providing and fixing stainless steel sink of NIRALI or equivalent make of size 1145 x 510mm (Bowl size 560x410x215mm) with C.I. brackets, 40mm C.P. brass trap with C.P. brass unions complete including painting the fittings and brackets with 3 coats of white enamel paint over a coat of primer, cutting and making good the walls wherever required complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Note: 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing and fixing 4 Lever Dead/Mortice Lock ‘Godrej/Everite’ or other approved equivalent make suitable for aluminium door with a pair of keys etc., all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing 6mm thick tinted colour Float glass pane in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing IS: 3564 marked Al die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with necessary accessories and screws etc. in wooden doors / steel doors with necessary bolts & nuts "Everite/ Hardwyn" or approved equivalent make complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint of (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, applying putty, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and painting White washing one coat on ceiling surface at all levels with lime to give an even shade as per specifications including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Scaffolding are inculding only no separate item and payment.Contractor has to make own arrangement.

Providing and laying 65mm thick rubber moulded with vibratory compaction Factory made cement concrete precast Interlocking paver block of M30 grade made and approved size, shape, design, colour & pattern including laid over 100mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, compaction mechanically etc. all complete all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before procurement.

Dismantling aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling at all levels including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
