Providing and fixing Second class Teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory openings and other frames, wrought framed, fixed in position of required size and shape including sawing, jointing, making rebates for shutters, making grooves as shown in the drawings, architectural beading with teakwood 50x6mm alround, finishing the surfaces to the required finish all as per specifications and drawings including necessary MS hold fasts 300mm long, 5mm thick or with rawl plugs and screws including protective painting to the surface that will come in contact with walls, joining materials, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing paneled second class Teak wood Door shutters using Styles 100mm x 35mm, Bottom rail 200mm x 35mm, Top Rail & Lock rails 150mm x 35mm and panelling with 25mm thick Teak wood Planks including fixing in door frame including ISI marked 4 numbers of 100mm Stainless steel Hinges with SS screws complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Design of the Panelled door to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 18mm thick particle board with teak wood beading of 18x12mm size all around for cupboard shutters including cutting to required size & shape, fixing in position etc. complete for cupboard shutters etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked 35mm thick non-decorative type flush door shutters (single or double leaf and sizes as per requirement) conforming to IS : 2202, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering, phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded, hot pressed with internal Teak wood lipping of 25mm depth on all sides complete at all lifts and all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 4 lever cupboard lock of ‘Godrej’ or other approved equivalent make with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium tower bolts of size 150x10mm (Barrel Type) ISI marked (IS: 204) of approved make (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Multipurpose lock of ‘Godrej’ or other approved equivalent make with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing lamination sheet of formica greenlam, 1mm thick of approved shade, pattern & colour of ‘Green lam lamination’ or approved equivalent, including cutting to required size and shape, pasted over plywood or particle board using synthetic resin adhesive of fevical SR 998 G or Dunlop’s 758 glue of approved make complete all as per manufactures specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing reflective / non reflective type sun control polyester film ‘Garware’ or approved equivalent of required shade & colour, pasted to doors/ windows glazing as per requirement including cleaning the surface before and after pasting complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing in position Suspended false ceiling system using 600 x 600mm Mineral Fibre Reinforced Factory applied Vinyl painted "ARMSTRONG" Ceiling tiles or approved equivalent make & pattern, Tiles having 16/15mm thick, and approved surface Design and edge Profile (TEGULAR or Equivalent) placed in a suspended Grid of size of 600x 600mm made of Hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of Pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24x32x1200mm shall be suspended at 1200mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level adjusters. The cross tees of size 24x27x1200mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main Tees at 600mm centres and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer TEEs, cross Tees of size 24x25x600mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600x600mm resting on the Perifery walls on wall angles of size 24mmx24mm including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, Trap doors etc to be made as per layout Drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The main Tees to be suspended from the ceiling / Soffit with the help of metal dash fastners of 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35x1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips. The entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 kg/Sq.m. Only False Ceiling area will be Measured for the Purpose of Payment.

Providing and fixing Brass handles 75mm with plate 125x32mm including fitting with necessary brass screws complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing Homogeneous PVC sheet, 2mm thick, conforming to IS:3462 latest edition in flooring and skirting (Polyfloor or approved equivalent make) in approved pattern, colour & shade on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop-S -758, or Fevicol SR 998, or approved equivalent including cleaning & preparation of surface, levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required , rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Supplying, removing the existing damaged parts and fixing in position the following approved make and type hardware fixtures with suitable screws/nuts and bolts etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for Heavy duty 150mm aluminium hinges.

Supplying and fixing stainless steel Mosquito mesh with wooden frames of size 25x12mm in all sides including all fixtures, labour etc. complete all as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the defective brass door handles only from the door and replacing with the new brass handle set (for Mortice lock) including cost of material, making necessary alterations to the key holes and lock plates for making it operational complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the defective 'Godrej' locks from door shutter and replacing with new 'Godrej' lock of 6 lever with handle including cost of material, making necessary alterations to lock plate and key holes and planing the sides of the shutters for smooth operation complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the defective aluminium / iron oxidised 'D' handles from the doors / cupboards / ventilators and replacing with the new 'D' handle of 150mm size with necessary screws etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing French polishing / wax polishing 2 coats at all elevation over wood work including cost of French / Wax polish, scaffolding, preparation of surface complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing iron oxidised / aluminium Aldrop of the following sizes with necessary bolts, nuts and screws for the door complete.

250mm long M.S. aldrop with 20mm dia rod with bolts, nuts, screws complete set.

250mm long aluminium anodised aldrop.

300mm long aluminium anodised aldrop.

Supplying and fixing multipurpose 'Godrej' locks / drawer locks of 50mm size, including removing the old one and fixing the new with necessary screws etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing of defective Mortice lock of the door including replacing the leaver, springs refixing it back in position for easy operation of locks with necessary wood screws etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing of defective 'Godrej' locks of the door including replacing the spring levers, lock plate from the old defective removed 'Godrej' locks with the new woods screws for easy operation etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing all types and sizes of defective door closers including changing the broken arms, springs, leavers from the old removed defective door closers including filling hydraulic oil where required tensioning the springs, servicing and refixing it back in position for effective and smooth operation all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing Aluminium hasp and staple of the following sizes as and where required as per instruction with necessary wood screws.

Providing & fixing SS Screw (key) Hook with Lag Thread or Open Sheep Eye Ring Cup Screw Hook, 1/2 Inch complete all as directed by Engineer -in-charge

Removing existing False ceiling at all levels including disposing, cleaning and depositing the debris with in a distance of 500 metres etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing and refixing the door shutters / door frames and other miscellaneous unquantified works including necessary repair works like planning, replacing the damaged wooden frames / styles including replacing wornout screws on his own cost with new once all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The contractor should engage a carpenter for the duration of 8 hours ( 9.00 to 17.30) for cost of one job. Teakwood quantity will be paid separately under relevant item if used.

Supplying and fixing chromium plated roller arrangement with brackets of approved make/quality for notice board glass sliding shutter including making necessary slit in the glass for fixing the roller brackets etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing Stainless steel Piano hinges ISI marked IS:3818 of overall width 35 mm, fixing with necessary stainless steel screws etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Magnet catch for shutters with required sizes of screws for fixing complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in -charge. Note : Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in position mascot magneto white board including aluminium / teakwood frame work and all furniture fittings, removing existing chalk board etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing display board using 12mm soft board covered by flannel cloth in one side over a backing 6mm thick commercial ply (or 6mm thick AC Sheet) over the teakwood frame work (TW frame of size 50x30mm) including polishing, removing existing chalk board etc. all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in position the “Keyboard sliding assembly set” including necessary screws, nails etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing 12mm thick plywood in position including cutting to the required size & shape complete etc. as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Providing 18mm thick plywood with teak wood beading of 18x12mm size all around for cupboard shutters including cutting to required size & shape, fixing in position etc. complete for cupboard shutters etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Al hanging Heavy Quality floor door stopper ISI marked with Twin Rubber stoppers, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
