Transportation to the factory from the site and back to site after overhauling

Overhauling Works in the factory as per the detailed technical specification. 1. Unloading from the truck in the overhauling bay, 2.Testing the transformer before overhauling in the factory, a) IR value measurement, b) Winding resistance test, Turns ratio test & Vector group test, c) Magnetic balance test & Magnetising current test, d)Percentage impedance test, e) DVDF test f) Induced over voltage test 3. Opening the top cover and lifting the active part of the transformer, 4. Checking the winding insulation Healthiness, 5. Oil washing of active part and Vacuum drying in the oven (Vacuum drying shall be done), 6. Pressure testing of transformer main tank at 6psi and all radiators. 7. Inspection of OLTC and arresting minor oil leaks 8. Replacement of the gaskets in the following area. Top cover and tank, Radiator valves, Drain & Sampling valves, Explosion vent, 33kV side,6.6kV side ,Neutral & Tertiary winding bushing, OLTC tank, Main tank, all inspection covers &other areas, 9. After drying the active part in oven, tanking the activepart , Putting back into the main tank and filling the oil through filtration plant., 10. Routine test as mentioned in the section VI technical specification
