Supplying and filling the selected earth from outside of DAE installation (with a lead of 28 kilometres), including excavation from borrow pits if any required, filling in layer of not more than 150mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidated by mechanical roller including water consolidation etc., levelling, dressing the top surface to the required level, complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Proper Trip sheet records shall be maintained for bringing the earth through DAE main gate with security stamp duly signed by Departmental Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly and crushed stone sand including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and placing in situ Controlled Reinforced cement concrete of grade & total minimum cementitious content as specified (cement + fly ash) for kg/Cu. M, using OPC conforming to IS 269-2015 or latest edition and with required fly ash conforming to IS 3812 Part -I / ASTM C-618 Class F. Fly ash should be blended at site such that fly ash content should not exceed 20% by weight of total cementitious content. Coarse aggregate used should be hard granite machine crushed (with VSI technology only) graded stone aggregates withmaximum size of aggregate not exceeding 20 mm size. Fine aggregate used shall be either natural river sand or crushed stone sand (with VSI technology only and should be washed in water to remove finer particles, the micro fines particles of size less than 75 micron shall be less than 7%) (Zone I /II) conforming to IS 383 – 2016. The cost includes weigh batching, required chemical admixtures, mechanical mixing/Ready mix supply plant mixing, transporting/transporting by Transit Mixers, pumping using Concrete pumps/ placing with crane buckets etc., at all levels, lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other & all structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary, including compacting, finishing, curing (For a period of at least 10 days), providing construction / contraction / expansion joints, pour strips etc. but excluding centering, shuttering and reinforcement (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Rate to include all materials, labour, tools /tackles, plant and equipment, supervision, etc. complete. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

M20 grade with total minimum cementitious content (cement + fly ash content not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitious content) 320kg/cum of concrete and minimum cement content of 256 Kg/cum of concrete at all levels as mentioned.

Providing and applying Conbextra GP2 grout from FOSROC or equivalent conforming to BS 1881 - Part 116: 1983 underneath the column base plates. The rate inclusive of cost of materials, transportation, machinery required complete all as required and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. (The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.)

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending,cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concelled system profile corrugated/semi corrugated/plain zincalume sheets of 55mpa yield stress (AS 1397 – Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35 micron. The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactured from hi-tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalumen steel based and galvanized hooks. The clip should be fastened with minimum 40micron Zinc coated / minium 25micron Zinc-Tin alloy coated. The rate is inclusive of all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick fibre glass reinforceed plastic (FRP) gutter of size 200x400mm fabricated using two coats of Isophthalic grade UV stablilized gel top coating followed by reinforcement of chopped starnd mat and woven roving duly impregnated with unsaturated polyester isophthalic resin with extra reinforcement of MS strio of size 25x3mm at a distance of 1000mm C/C starting from one end of the gutter to be embedded with the gutter at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing Colour coated Flashing galvalume cladding sheet for Roof edge covering of approximate width upto 700mm made out of High tension steel of thicknes 0.50 mm with 550 MPA yield strength coated with hot dipmetalic Zinc - aluminium alloy coating Zincalume, comprising of 20 microns exterior coat on top surface and 5 micron reverse coat on back surface over 5 micron primer coat on both surface for the both outer and inner steel cladding but in specials of required size and shape including proving necessary trimmers, sealant/ silicon sealant wherever required etc., all as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating, installing, placing and securing in position Plain - Ridge at roof top with galvalume clading sheet having one side corrugated and other side plain sheet made out of High tension steel of thicknes 0.50 mm with hot dipmetalic Zinc - aluminium alloy coating Zincalum AZ - 150 ( As per AS1397) as 150 gms/sqmt total on both sides of Zinc ( 45%) & Aluminium ( 55 %) with super polyester colorbond XRW quality paint coat as per AS /NZS 2728(Category 3 ) of approved colour. The colour shall have a total coating thickness of 35 microns of an supper polyester XRW quality paint system as per AS/NZS - 2728(Category 3 ) comprising of 20 microns exterir coat on top surface and 5 micron reverse coat on back surface over primer coat of 5 mircron for the steel claddings.

Providing and fixing glazing 5mm thick tinted toughened colour glass of make Saint Gobain or equivalent in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. welded wire fabric / hard-drawn steel wire of minimum 5mm diametre thickness in each way & having square mesh of size (nominal pitch of wire) 200 mm for slope protection / revetment concete in road embankment, including cutting the wires/ welded mesh to required length, spreading, fixing with required cover, binding with 18 gauge binding wire in overlapping area inclluding minimum 50mm overlapping, complete in all respects all as per specifications & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Welded wire fabric / mesh has to conform relevent IS code (IS: 1566 & IS:4948 Latest). 2. Brand, make, material and fixing method has to be got approved before ordering of bulk purchase. 3. The payment for concrete will be paid under relevant item of concrete. 4.Over lapping will not be measrued for payment only actual area will be taken and paid. 5.Testing requirment as per relevant standard is in the scope of contractor.

Providing and fixing wind operated turbo ventilator SIMA or equivalent of 600mm dia (24") along with suitable FRP/aluminium base plate matching to the existing roofing profile, including necessary flashings to make the interface between the sheet and the turbo base shouldbe considered of following throat dia & cutting of puff sandwhich panel/ poly corbonate sheet by suitable cutting tools all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Turbo ventilator sample should be got approval before bulk purchasing.

Laying and refixing out the partially displaced slabs (precast RCC slabs of all sizes) carefully without damaging to the nearby slabs, so as to fill the sunken areas with gravel filling and to maintain required slope and gradient, relaying in position the removed slabs etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Pointing shall be measured separately under relevant item.

Providing and constructing with approved well cured flyash brick work in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, flyash bricks are made as per IS 12894 of latest edition (flyash + crushed sand stone + Lime + additive/cement with water proofing chemicals and Accelerators) (non modular) of class designation 5.0 in superstructure at all levels and lifts in mortar in the ratio of 1:1:4 where 1 part of cement(IS 269 latest) , 1 part of Fly Ash(IS 3812 latest editoin) and 4 part of fine aggregate (IS 2116 latest edition), including scaffolding, raking out joints, continuous water curing for a minimum period of 14 days from the date of construction, complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

for Basement and Ground Floor

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 20mm thick in two coats including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Dismantling Plain Cement concrete by manually / by mechanical means at all levels, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris with 50m lead, labour, tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of RCC works at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, including Cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing Stone rubble masonry (In cement mortar) at alllevels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully withoutdamaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceablematerials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m leadas per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the existing structural steel structures and hand over the same to the departmental store including labour charges for dismantling and transporting the same to the store as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC rain water downtake pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A and PVC SWR Fittings & specials confirming to IS:14735, ‘Finolex’ or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fittings & specials including jointing with seal ring / with PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls/columns using clamps, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, joint testing etc complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames/APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side up to required height made with 40mm dia M.S tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S tubes, M.s tube challis, M.S clamps and M.s staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The Scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer-in charge. The elevation area of the Scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand,colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one,under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of thesurfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Levelling, bull-dozing the heeped/dumped loosened earth/debris etc. to form a berm of road along the side of road, alignment by hiring JCB etc., including labour charges (if any) to the required width and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire charges towards 12.5 tonne crane for lifting the un-used concrete blocks, light-poles, electrical-drums and structural materials lying in and around the area of the building and loading them into the trucks including providing D-cycle, slings and other accessories for lifting & overhead charges for operators, fitters & helpers complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Flush pointing over the random rubble masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand at all levels including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the existing or roofing sheet / cladding sheets/ gutter sheet upto elevation of 10 m and hand over the same to the departmental store including labour charges for dismantling and transporting the same to the store as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges by engaging skilled manpower for removing, shifting, lifting and storing of existing structural members without any damage and carryout the miscelleonus civil works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.
