Cleaning of reinforcement from rust, from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of ‘BASF/Cera/Fosroc/Sika’ or other approved equivalent make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing 8mm tk welding of Reinforcement steel rods both side and procedures shall be followed as per (IS 9417 & IS 815) at all elevation including scaffolding complete all as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Earthwork excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) or manual means for foundation, substructures, plinth beam, cess pits & trenches, all kinds of foundation etc., in all types of soil like hard gravelly soil, sandy soil for the following depth from average ground level upto the required founding level, line and grades in both dry and wet conditions including shoring, strutting, bailing out of water if necessary, levelling and ramming the bottom of trenches, dressing of sides, stacking the excavated materials away from the edge of trenches, refilling the sides of foundation as required with selected excavated earth and depositing / disposing the surplus excavated earth (Disposed soil to be levelled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed and levelled) within the lead specified below all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

All kinds of soil with depth upto 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 50 metres.

Lead charges for lead Exceeding 3 kilometre but not exceeding 4 kilometre

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:5:10 using 40mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. Providing and Fixing in position Suspended false ceiling system using 600 x 600mm Mineral Fibre Reinforced Factory applied Vinyl painted "ARMSTRONG" Ceiling tiles or approved equivalent make & pattern, Tiles having 16/15mm thick, and approved surface Design and edge Profile (TEGULAR or Equivalent ) placed in a suspended Grid of size of 600x 600mm made of Hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of Pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24x32x1200mm shall be suspended at 1200mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level adjusters. The cross tees of size 24x27x1200mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main Tees at 600mm centres and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer TEEs, cross Tees of size 24x25x600mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600x600mm resting on the Periphery walls on wall angles of size 24mmx24mm including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, Trap doors etc. to be made as per layout Drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. GUIDE SPECIFICATION FOR KNAUF CEILING SOLUTIONS (ARMSTRONG)G21 (LG1012) OF SIZE: 192X2400X15MM WALL PANELLING Providing & Fixing of KNAUF CEILING SOLUTIONS (ARMSTRONG) Channeled Woodworks perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length 2400mm or as required by the Architect/ approving engineer, made of Moisture Resistant fibre board with minimum 595 Kg/cu.m. density substrate with a laminated facing/high density fibre board with minimum 830 Kg/ cu.m density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade (PORTLAND MAPLE, SEA BEECH, SIAM WOOD, MYSTIQUE WALNUT, INTERIOR WHITE & ALUMINA PEARL) & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. Providing and fixing VITRIFIED floor tiles in different sizes with water absorption less that 0.08% and confirming to IS 15622 of Marbonite or approved make in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish (as required by Engineer-in-charge) laid over a bed of minimum 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand (in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand) including machine/hand cutting to required size & shape, grouting the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment to match colour of tile patterns, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per drawings and specifications. Providing and laying approved quality mirror polished Granite slabs for flooring & Skirting of required size & specified colour, pattern and free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners laid at right angles as per pattern over a bedding of cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand, 20mm thick (or backing of cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick as mentioned below) pointed neatly with white cement mixed with colouring pigment to match colour of slab and finished in all respects, including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing stone to level and plumb, anti-skid grooves for steps, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample Granite slab shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

In steps thread / risers, 18mm thick Granite slab flame finished with anti-skid grooves of required pattering & moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing with 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand / 12mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:3. The granite slab shall be single length to match step length.

Providing and Fixing Homogeneous PVC sheet, 2mm thick, conforming to IS:3462 latest edition in flooring and skirting (Polyfloor or approved equivalent make) in approved pattern, colour & shade on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop-S -758, or Fevicol SR 998, or approved equivalent including cleaning & preparation of surface, levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required, welding of joints, rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Providing and fixing ‘Krono / Armstrong’ or approved equivalent make 8mm thick wooden laminated flooring with locking system & moulding with 2mm thick foam sheet and polythene sheet over cement surface flooring all as per manufactures specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - 1. Sample shall be got approved before commencing work. 2. The above work shall be got executed from approved manufacturers only.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor/wall tiles confirming to IS 15622 of kajariya/NITCO/Somany or approved equivalent in approved size, shade and colour (as approved by Engineer-in-charge), free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners fixed at right angles as per design and pattern required over a bed of 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3), including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile, properly finished in all respects, including finishing and embedding in the wall curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample tile in respect of brand, thickness, shade, finishes or charges of tiles has to be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

In flooring fixing with 20mm thick bedding tiles (300X300) Anti skid ceramic tile of Kajariya/NITCO/Somany or approved equivalent in cement mortar 1:4

In general, the openable door cum Fixed panel consists of sliding channel with all fitting and Corner Fittings PT92/91 Top pivot PT40,Top patch PT20, Bottom patch PT10, with BTS 75 V Floor spring with SS cover plate, Standard Spindle US10, corner lock at top & bottom, Euro profile cylinder with 3 keys, lock keeper plate, Pull handle(TGDI35025) SS Satin Finish and 12mm thick clear toughened glass as per design and all conforming to manufacturers specification. SS fixtures shall conform Grade SS 316 to BS 7352.Rate shall include for providing Glass Fin to support the Patch Fitting Door, transport charges, handling, loading and unloading, Installation, scaffolding, protecting the module and glass till handing over, testing, commissioning all necessary hardware's, Structural supports if any, etc. complete and all as per manufacturers specifications etc., all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. For single/double leaf/multi leaf doors with all fittings and fixers mentioned above. The quoted rate shall also be inclusive of Glass door soft nose seal of Dorma make or approved equivalent for dust proof and to avoid A/c leakage in the doors at alround. The seals should be suitable for 12mm glass thickness.

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal steel door at all levels from certified Manufacturer. All hollow metal general doors with or without vision panel/louvers shall be of Pressed Galvanised steel Double or Single leaf to required sizes of approved make Shakti Hormann or approved equivalent which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below and conforming to IS 277. Note: 1.Door frame shall be Single rebate profile of size 100 x 57 mm made out of 1.20mm thick galvanised steel sheet (18 gauge). Frames should be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement slurry if recommended on the clear masonry opening. 2. Door leaf should be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision panel as per requirement. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm (22 gauge) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid with steel stiffeners / pads and reinforcement. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors should be factory prepared for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, mortice locks, and including door closer Make HARWIN or DAORMA. The edges should be interlocked with lock seam. For pair of doors astragals will be provided as required. 200x300mm Vision lite with 5mm thick clear toughened glass with sealant in each shutter wherever applicable should be as per joinery details with a screw on glass beeding on the inside. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250hours of salt spray test. Rate should include supply and installation of door and hardware set as mentioned in the door and hardware schedule and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The door shall be despatch after the approval of the pre-despatch inspection by the Engineer. 4)Submission of shop Drawing is in the scope of cotractor. 5) Payment will be made based on clear structural openings. 6) Approval of door with respect to brand/ manufacturer/ make, the contractor shall be got approval of EIC before making bulk order for door.

Providing and fixing in position with SIGNUM 120 Minute Steel Fire Resistant Door specifications which meet with IS 3614 Part 2 and BS 476 Part 22 standards for Fire Resistance. The product described herein conforms to stability, integrity as well as insulation criteria as mentioned in IS 3614 Part 2/ BS 476 Part 22. It includes proprietary design and performance specifications. MATERIALS: Steel sheets for frame sections and shutter skin shall conform to IS 277 with Z 120 coating and to IS 513 for its base physical and chemical properties. Sheet thicknesses shall be as specified below for frame and shutter Core shall be proprietary fire retardant heat insulating material Intumescent strip shall be Rigid PVC type of size 20 mm x 4 mm Anchor Bolts shall be of size M8 x 75 mm, galvanized for corrosion resistance Vision Panel (optional) shall be of necessary construction to achieve a fire rating of 120minutes as per standards. Frames and shutters shall be finished powder coated at factory as per approve RAL colour shades. The dry film thickness (DFT) for the powder coating shall be not less than 50 microns. Alternatively frames and shutters can be finished using anticorrosive zinc rich two component epoxy stoving primer (35 microns DFT) and top coat of two component polyurethane paint (35 microns DFT) of approved RAL colour shade for the project MONGERY PROVISIONS: Frames: Frames shall be provided with 3 mm thick hinge reinforcement plates with M6 nuts pre-fixed to receive hinges for screw mounted fixing at site. Concealed encasings or brackets using steel plates shall be provided at all pre-punched cut-outs as reinforcement and with pre-drilled holes for iron mongery such as lock strike plates, concealed door closer tracks/ guide channels. All cut-outs including hinge plates, lock strike plates shall have mortar guard covers from inside to prevent grouting material, dirt, and dust ingress into cut-outs during installation. Shutters: Shutters shall be provided with 3 mm thick hinge reinforcement plates with M6 nuts pre-fixed to receive hinges for screw mounted fixing. Concealed encasings or brackets using steel plates shall be provided at all pre-unched cut-outs as reinforcement and with pre-drilled holes for iron mongery such as lock body, concealed door closer, flush bolts, drop down gaskets etc. Reinforcement plates shall also be provided at necessary locations (as per approved drawings) to support surface mounted iron mongery items such as doors closers, all drops, pull handles. QUALITY ASSURANCE: Steel Fire rated doors shall be manufactured by a unit certified for its quality systems as per ISO 9001: 2008 standards from a recognized certifying authority. Steel door unit shall be designed and manufactured to comply with IS 3614 Part 2 specifications. Each door unit shall have a fire rating label, to indicate fire resistance of door as well as door identification number and date of manufacturing. TESTING: Entire fire door assembly complete with iron mongery shall be type tested and certified for its fire rating by CBRI or CPRI. Single and double doors shall be tested separately to reflect accurate resistance results in case of fires. Type test reports shall be submitted for all projects with no further testing required, unless agreed to between the client and SIGNUM. TRANSPORTATION, UNLOADING AND STORAGE: Frames and shutters shall be covered with adhesive based PE sheets to prevent damages to surface finish during transportation and at site. Packaging labels shall be applied to each set as per project schedule for easy identification at site. Additional protection such as side bolsters from card-board paper shall be used to protect during transit and at-site storage. All knocked down frames shall be stacked flat and shutters flat/ vertically on top of bolsters in clean, dry, well-ventilated areas. NOTE: a) Before the manufacturing the doors contractors should submit the separate detailed drawing for each doors for approval from Engineer-in-Charge, with detailed specification and complete procedure of manufacturing, QAP and other required document as asked by Engineer-in-Charge/AERB. b) For manufacturing and installation of all doors the actual site measurement to be taken and the drawing shall be approved by the Engineer in charge before manufacturing of doors and unsuitable matching the size of door with civil structural openings should be strictly avoided. c) For installation of all doors the clearance should obtained from the Health physics and medical fitness certificate is essential for all workers, Technicians and working personnel’s as per the requirement. d) Manufacture warranty that for 18 months from the date of installation. Manufactured products shall be free from defects in material, workmanship, construction, function Air Tightness and Fire Rating Criteria and in accordance with the approved shop drawings submitted. (MTC test certificate must be produced before installation.) e) The Payment released only after successful completion of works and successful completion of all necessary tests, submission of all test reports and submission of Guarantee bond for a period of 18 Months.
