Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

M20 grade with 320 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete upto plinth level

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast fence post, in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using crushed stone sand and using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bond stones at 2.00 metres apart for foundation, basement and in superstructure, compound/boundary walls, including sizing of stones if required, raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. Note: 1)Required bond stones at 2 m c/c at all course shall be of precast PCC grade M15. 2)Necessary raking out joints (groove) at masonry joints to receive pointing to be done immediately each course of RR masonry is completed.

Providing Flush pointing over the random rubble masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand at all levels including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers, foundation bolts/threaded bolts of approved size, quality and make as per requirements as per specifications and drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins etc. using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, providing and applying painting Two coats of polyurethane paint on steel surface and other required internal surface at all levels with Apcothane CF 675 PU 240 Nickel Grey paint of Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer to give and even shade including one under coat of suitable Epoxy/PU primer, preparation of the surfaces scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required shall also be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (5th Revision or latest) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC coated G.I. Chain link fencing conforming to IS:2721 of required width in mesh size 50mm x 50mm, made of G.I wire minimum 3.15 mm diameter (with minimum GI coating thickness of 95GSM) and over with minimum PVC coating thickness of 1mm (i.e., overall minimum dia 3.15+1.0 = 4.15mm) including strengthening the fencing at top and bottom with PVC coated G.I.line wire (3 mm dia G.I wire with 1mm pvc coating (i.e., overall minimum dia 3.00+1.0 = 4.00mm) diameter, total 5-nos row (at top, bottom, middile -3 nos) for fencing, cutting of chain link & wires to required length, spreading, fixing & double tie binding chainlink to fencing post with 18 gauge SS wire, GI bolt, GI nut & 4mm tk GI square washers (as specified or 75x75x4mm) including cost of GI bolts, GI nuts & GI washers as speficied, working at all heights including cost of necessary scaffolding and safety requirement etc., complete in all respects all as per specifications & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel barbed wire of SS 304 grade comprising of four spikes by turning 2 wires of 2.5mm dia A-1 conforming to IS:278, including tying to precast fence arms top layer (vertical and horizantal) with 1mm dia SS binding wire working at all heights including cost of necessary scaffolding and safety requirement etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Lead charges for 1st 1 kilometre or part thereof

Filling with selected excavated earth available at site upto a lead of 200m, filling in layer of not more than 150mm thickness, each layer well rammed and consolidated by hand/earth rammer including excavation of dumped earth, hire charges of rammer, water consolidation, levelling to proper gradient, dressing the top surface to the required level, complying with specification and all as directed by the Engineer.

Leveling the area to the required gradient in all types of soil including cutting the mounds wherever required, for filling the low lying area in layers not more than 150mm thickness, each layer well rammed and consolidated by hand/mechanical roller including ramming, consolidation, levelling to proper gradient, dressing the top surface to the required level, conveying the surplus excavated soil by head load upto a lead of 200m, all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes conforming to IS:458, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 using crushed stone sand, laying to the levels, slopes including testing of joints etc. complete all as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing Heavy jungle area including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm, uprooting of rank vegetation etc. complete, and disposing the same 100metres away by manually or burning them without disturbing other areas etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The useful firewood if any, shall be cut and stacked at the place (with 100metres lead) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include the cost of cutting and disposal if any by burning. Contractor must inform to Engineer-in-charge and prior permission shall be obtained from Engineer-in-charge before burning the wild growth.

Cutting and Felling all types of trees including cutting of trunks, branches and removing the roots and stacking of serviceable wood materials at places specified with a lead of 200m, disposal of unserviceable materials including filling the pits and depressions with excavated earth complete for trees of girth mentioned below complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Girth up to 0.45m measured at 0.5m above ground level

Cutting and trimming down the branches, secondary stems, trunk, roots etc., of the "Banyan Tree" / rain tree/ jungle assorted tree, including required labour, tools , hand saw, arcand mechanical transport of all the cut branches to dumping yard with in a lead of 5 Kms including the lorry/tipper at the, labours for loading and unloading the branches of tree, leaves etc., as all directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Girth of tree branch 80mm to 160mm and length of tree branch 3m

Providing and fixing the 75mm outer dia PVC pipes for provision of masonry work of 'Finolex / Varun / Truebore' or approved equivalent make PVC pipes suitable for 6 kg/sq.cm pressure, including cutting and fixing in position of pipes in masonry works and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.
