Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility
2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.
3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F. 4. Minimum Curing for 10 days should be done at site as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 5. De shuttering of form work should be done as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Protective Coating over the external surface of RCC structures below ground level : Providing and applying coal tar epoxy based protective coating Master Protect 1812 of BASF or equivalent applied in two coats for a total DFT of 300 microns with suitable brush or a roller brush (The Dry Film Thickness will be measured for a minimum thickness of 300 micron for payments). The mixed material shall have a density of 1.65Kg/Lit, adhesive bond strength of 1.50 Mpa as per ASTM D4541, abrasion resistance of 17mg/1000 cycles when tested as per ASTM D4060, CS 17 wheel and slant shear bond strength of 10 Mpa as per ASTM C882. The substrate shall be prepared by mechanically grinding using electrically operated hand held sander machines to expose all blow holes, voids and imperfections and these shall be cleaned by flushing with air and water if required to clean any oily sustance and filled with suitable epoxy putty before the application of the protective coating, all complete as per the instruction of manufacturer and the Engineer in charge.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
