Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Note : 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing and fixing 4 Lever Dead/Mortice Lock ‘Godrej/Everite’ or other approved equivalent make suitable for aluminium door with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and drawings.

Providing and fixing ISI marked 35mm thick non-decorative type flush door shutters (single or double leaf and size as per requirement) conforming to IS : 2202, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering, phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded, hot pressed with internal Teak wood lipping of 25mm depth on all sides and fixing with 4 Nos. 150mm Stainless steel Hinges with suitable S.S. wood screws (8 Nos. 150mm Stainless steel Hinges with suitable S.S. wood screws incase double leaf) complete at all lifts and all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 6 Lever Brass Mortice Lock ‘Godrej/Everite’ or other approved equivalent make suitable for flush door with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and drawings.

Providing and Fixing Stainless steel Piano hinges ISI marked IS:3818 of overall width 35 mm, fixing with necessary stainless steel screws etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing PVC wire holes for computer table including making holes of necessary size, fixing charges etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Magnet catch for shutters with required sizes of screws for fixing complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in -charge. Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel "C" type Door handles 10mm dia SS 304 Grade solid Rod, 150mm long in Steel Doors/ wooden Doors including SS screws / bolts etc. all as per drawings and specifications complete. Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Multipurpose lock of ‘Godrej’ or other approved equivalent make with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in position Keyboard sliding assembly set including necessary screws, nails etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 8mm thick clear glass of ‘SAINTGOBAIN’ make or approved equivalent make including buffing the edges, all round boarder with etched edges and fixing with suitable teakwood beading / cleats / clamps all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing with 5mm thick clear Float glass pane in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Anutone Tufbloc HDFR Drywall - 144mm Thickness partition (Double Skin) Supply and installation of 144mm thick Tufbloc magnesia drywall partition system (having high water & fire resistance) which includes two layers of Anutone Tufbloc Square edge of size 1200x2400x12mm having density 1000kgs/m3, weight 12kg/m2 fixed on the either side of GI strut channel framework. Framing : Framework includes Floor/Head (FC94) channels having thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, equal flanges of 32mm and web of 50mm fixed to floor and ceiling with suitable fasteners at 300mm centers staggered. Noise and fire rated silicon sealant to caulked along the perimeter of the partition frame before fixing channels. Then Stud channel (SC92) having thickness 0.9 mm, length 3600mm, unequal flanges of 34/36mm and web of 48mm should be placed into the floor/head channel positioned vertically at 600mm centers. Extra reinforcement to be provided at openings (doors, windows, etc) Frame cavity insulation : Anutone Synth PF having thickness 50mm, width 600mm, density 1500gsm filled between the Studs and held in position by using chicken wire mesh/cross bracings/pasting on one side of the boards. Boarding : The first layer of Anutone Tufbloc 12mm thick should be fixed on one side of the Stud framework in a staggered (ashlar or brick) pattern by using suitable metal fasteners at 300mm centers. Another layer of Anutone Tufbloc 12mm thk should be fixed over it in staggered pattern with suitable metal fasteners. Edges of the two layers of boards must not coincide. Same procedure to be followed on other side of the framework to give 2 layers on either side of framework. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides. Jointing : 4mm gap to be filled by using Anutone seam kit as per recommendations. Finishing : Installed partition system is then sanded, smoothed, primered and roller finished by using water based emulsion paint of approved colour.
