Providing and fixing reflective / non reflective type sun control polyester film ‘Garware’ or approved equivalent of required shade & colour, pasted to doors/ windows glazing as per requirement including cleaning the surface before and after pasting complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting One coat on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Supply and installation of 144mm thick Tufbloc magnesia drywall partition system (having high water & fire resistance) which includes two layers of Anutone Tufbloc Square edge of size 1200x2400x12mm having density 1000kgs/m3, weight 12kg/m2 fixed on the either side of GI strut channel framework. Framing : Framework includes Floor/Head (FC94) channels having thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, equal flanges of 32mm and web of 50mm fixed to floor and ceiling with suitable fasteners at 300mm centers staggered. Noise and fire rated silicon sealant to caulked along the perimeter of the partition frame before fixing channels. Then Stud channel (SC92) having thickness 0.9 mm, length 3600mm, unequal flanges of 34/36mm and web of 48mm should be placed into the floor/head channel positioned vertically at 600mm centers. Extra reinforcement to be provided at openings (doors, windows, etc) Frame cavity insulation : Anutone Synth PF having thickness 50mm, width 600mm, density 1500gsm filled between the Studs and held in position by using chicken wire mesh/cross bracings/pasting on one side of the boards. Boarding : The first layer of Anutone Tufbloc 12mm thick should be fixed on one side of the Stud framework in a staggered (ashlar or brick) pattern by using suitable metal fasteners at 300mm centers. Another layer of Anutone Tufbloc 12mm thk should be fixed over it in staggered pattern with suitable metal fasteners. Edges of the two layers of boards must not coincide. Same procedure to be followed on other side of the framework to give 2 layers on either side of framework. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides. Jointing : 4mm gap to be filled by using Anutone seam kit as per recommendations. Providing & Fixing of KNAUF CEILING SOLUTIONS (ARMSTRONG) Channeled Woodworks perforated panels for walls of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length 2400 mm or as required by the Architect/ approving engineer, made of Moisture Resistant fibre board with minimum 595 Kg/m3 density substrate with a laminated facing/high density fibre board with minimum 830 Kg/m3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation of 3mm/4mm width and 21mmm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be “tongue-and-grooved” to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven acoustical fleece having NRC of 0.52-0.55. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by KNAUF CEILING SOLUTIONS (ARMSTRONG) and approved by the Architect/ Engineer-in-Charge. Aluminium Stile to be formed out of 70x35mm Horizontal and Vertical Door Profile frame with clips & seals. Single glazed mullion free demountable glass partition using Toughened/ Laminated glass in proprietary natural anodized/Black aluminium sections ALT 50 of size 50mm x 30mm with Concealed sealing (No visible Gaskets/Seals) with acoustic rating of Minimum 32 db with third party test certificate. Providing & Fixing of KNAUF CEILING SOLUTIONS (ARMSTRONG) Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with Ultima (Bevelled Tegular) Edge Tiles With KNAUF CEILING SOLUTIONS (ARMSTRONG) 15mm Exposed GRID. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%,NRC 0.7, Light Reflectance ≥88%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.060 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance A2-s1, d0 as per EN 13501-1 in module size of 600 x 600 x 19mm with Durabrite scrim on the face of the tile, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 41%. The Woodworks (WW) Grille panel of nominal size 35x300x2400mm comprising 8 blades of 35x16x2376mm with on center spacing of 37.5mm fixed thru Backer of size 12x22x300mm with on center spacing of 300mm and additional end dowels at 150mm from both the edges. Ledger of 6.5x24x2400mm to be used for covering face of wall angle. WW Grille should comply with ASTM-E84: Class A and have Relative Humidity of RH70. The panels are UV coated to Carbonized shades. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%,NRC 0.9, Light Reflectance ≥88%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052-0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 85%.

Providing and fixing ‘Krono / Armstrong’ or approved equivalent make 8mm thick wooden laminated flooring with locking system & molding with 2mm thick foam sheet and polythene sheet over cement surface flooring all as per manufactures specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 1. Sample shall be got approved before commencing work.  2. The above work shall be got executed from approved manufacturers only.

Providing and fixing wooden laminated skirting of 100mm height, 15mm thickness, top end curved shape of make ‘Krone’ or approved equivalent using nailing/adhesive tapes as per manufacturers requirement complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Fabric Curtains 3 Layers of approved equivalent make and approved colour pattern with other accessories required complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in position projection cum marker board from ‘ALKOSUPER/ALKOSIGN’ or approved equivalent including frame work, all furniture fittings etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of Photo printing on glass complete all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Removing and refixing the door & window shutters/ frames,false ceiling,glass partition, shifting of all damaged materials including necessary repair works like planning, replacing the damaged wooden frames/styles including replacing wornout screws with new once all complete as directed by the Engineer. (Necessary screws and hardware item will be supplied by the Department at free of cost) Note: Teakwood quantity will be paid separately under relevant item.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required.
