Limit switch

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins etc. using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required shall also be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing, fabricating and fixing of MS flat for roller drum, MS angle etc. including one coat of steel primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters of approved make as per ISI standards made out of required size of MS Laths interlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipes shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with Push and Pull type operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs grade No 2. and M.S. Top cover of required thickness for Rolling Shutters.

Rolling shutters PULL and PUSH type including top hood 1.25mm thick

Painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make over rolling shutters/steel surfaces including preparation of surfaces, applying putty as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the rolling shutters at all levels including the cost of labour for all and scaffolding including gas cutting(if required) etc., all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing the rolling shutters at all levels including fixing anchors, welding gas cutting (if required ) etc. all complete and as directed by the directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Operating the Miscellaneous works for unquantified jobs for department as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: If job is allocated to the contractor he has to engage minimum one fitter in general shift 9:00 to 17:30 hours per day for 1 unit.

Supplying and fixing of heavy duty ISI 1.5HP electrical motor "Siemens" or approved equivalent make output of RPM 1440 for operating the rolling shutter including suitable starter switch gear 35 RPM top and bottom limit switch including reverse forward switch starter BCH make or equivalent including Required GI conduit pipe with wiring for the Limit switches upto starter connections etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
