Providing and fixing reflective / non reflective type sun control polyester film ‘Garware’ or approved equivalent of required shade & colour, pasted to doors/ windows glazing as per requirement including cleaning the surface before and after pasting complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing ISI marked 35mm thick non-decorative type flush door shutters (single or double leaf and sizes as per requirement) conforming to IS : 2202, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering, phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded, hot pressed with internal Teak wood lipping of 25mm depth on all sides complete at all lifts and all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Venition vertical blinds of Luxaflex or approved equivalent make and approved colour pattern with vanes of 100mm width made up of non woven polyester fabric which are suspended from the silt travelers by self aligning vanes hooly of effective optimized system, vanes shall be coupled together by means of bead chain pivotally attach by closing to each side of each weight and other accessories required complete all as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.   Note: 1. Sample shall be got approved before commencing work.  2. The above work shall be got executed from approved manufacturers.

Providing and fixing 150mm wide and 12mm thick Teakwood Pelmets including second class teakwood battens of 40x25mm between pelmet and walls for support of curtain arrangement with necessary intermediate CP brass bracket not more than 2metre distance, polishing the pelmet using 3 coats of French polish etc. all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Second class Teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory openings and other frames, wrought framed, fixed in position of required size and shape including sawing, jointing, making rebates for shutters, making grooves as shown in the drawings, architectural beading with teakwood 50x6mm alround, finishing the surfaces to the required finish all as per specifications and drawings including necessary MS hold fasts 300mm long, 5mm thick or with rawl plugs and screws including protective painting to the surface that will come in contact with walls, joining materials, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 4 Lever Dead/Mortice Lock ‘Godrej/Everite’ or other approved equivalent make suitable for aluminium door with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and drawings.

Providing and Fixing Stainless steel Piano hinges ISI marked IS:3818 of over all width 35 mm, fixing with necessary stainless steel screws etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Swing type heavy quality top PIVOT for suspending aluminium door shutters of single or double leaf all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Swing type heavy quality bottom PIVOT for suspending aluminium door shutters of single or double leaf all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing IS: 3564 marked Al die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with necessary accessories and screws etc. in wooden doors / steel doors with necessary bolts & nuts "Everite / Hardwyn" or approved equivalent make complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in position ornamental aluminium anodized grill standard section of deco grill or any other approved equivalent with aluminium matt finish having grill pattern 75x75mm of 7mm thick for window opening fitted with aluminium channel, beading clips, etc., complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Sample of grill shall be got approved before bulk purchase.

Providing and fixing IS:12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges of size 125 x 64 x 2.5mm (heavy weight) "GARG" or equivalent approved make with suitable stainless steel screws etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing powder coating aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS: 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) NOTE : 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing and fixing Anodised Aluminium handles 125mm with plate 175 x 32mm including fitting with necessary screws complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge. Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 4 lever cupboard lock of ‘Godrej’ or other approved equivalent make with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 18mm thick particle board with teak wood beading of 18x12mm size all around for cupboard shutters including cutting to required size & shape, fixing in position etc. complete for cupboard shutters etc. as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Multipurpose lock of ‘Godrej’ or other approved equivalent make with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Magnet catch for shutters with required sizes of screws for fixing complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge. Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 6 Lever Brass Mortice Lock with brass handle ‘Godrej’ or other approved equivalent make suitable for flush door with a pair of keys and pair of brass handles, complete all as per specification and drawings.

Providing and fixing lamination sheet of formica greenlam, 1mm thick of approved shade, pattern & colour of ‘Green lam lamination’ or approved equivalent, including cutting to required size and shape, pasted over plywood or particle board using synthetic resin adhesive of fevical SR 998 G or Dunlop’s 758 glue of approved make complete all as per manufactures specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Melamine polishing on wood work (one coat) as per manufacturers instructions, Matt or Glossy finish as specified including preparation of the surfaces, complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150mm or both sides of joint and including the cost of painting one coat primer and two coats of emulsion paint of approved colour, all as per manufacturer’s specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and Fixing in position Suspended false ceiling system using 600 x 600mm Mineral Fibre Reinforced Factory applied Vinyl painted "ARMSTRONG" Ceiling tiles or approved equivalent make & pattern, Tiles having 16/15mm thick, and approved surface Design and edge Profile (TEGULAR or Equivalent ) placed in a suspended Grid of size of 600x 600mm made of Hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of Pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24x32x1200mm shall be suspended at 1200mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia. G.I wire with necessary level adjusters. The cross tees of size 24x27x1200mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main Tees at 600mm centres and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer TEEs, cross Tees of size 24x25x600mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600x600mm resting on the Perifery walls on wall angles of size 24mmx24mm including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, Trap doors etc. to be made as per layout Drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The main Tees to be suspended from the ceiling / Soffit with the help of metal dash fastners of 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35x1.60mm and 4mm dia. G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips. The entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 kg/Sq.m. Only False Ceiling area will be Measured for the Purpose of Payment.

Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:6 including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors. - for Basement and Ground Floor

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road. - Lead charges for lead exceeding 1 kilometre but not exceeding 2 kilometre

Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313 for post Anti-termite treatment to existing buildings as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Work to be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 7 (Seven) years shall be furnished by the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee. (Over all Plinth area shall be measured and paid for)

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying approved quality mirror polished Granite slabs for flooring & Skirting of required size & specified colour, pattern and free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners laid at right angles as per pattern over a bedding of cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick (or backing of cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick as mentioned below) pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of slab and finished in all respects, including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing stone to level and plumb, anti-skid grooves for steps, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample Granite slab shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement. - In flooring 18mm thick Granite slab fixing with 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4

Removing the existing worn out carpet from the flooring and including stacking at the storage yard with a lead of 1 to 2 kilometre as complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the existing worn out PVC flooring from the building and including stacking at the storage yard with a lead of 1 to 2 kilometre as complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in position mascot magneto white board including aluminium / teakwood frame work and including all furniture fittings, removing existing board etc., stacking at the storage yard with a lead of 1 to 2 kilometre as complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing display board using 12mm soft board covered by flannel cloth in one side over a backing 6mm thick commercial ply (or 6mm thick AC Sheet) over the teakwood frame work (TW frame of size 50x30mm) including polishing, removing existing board etc. stacking at the storage yard with a lead of 1 to 2 kilometre as complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in position projection cum marker board from ‘ALKOSUPER’ or equivalent including frame work, all furniture fittings etc. complete all as per specifications.

Supplying and fixing Brass Screw key Hook with Lag Thread or Open Sheep Eye Ring Cup Screw Hook, 40mm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removing and refixing the door & window shutters/ frames, false ceiling, glass partition, shifting of all damaged materials including necessary repair works like planning, replacing the damaged wooden frames/styles including replacing wornout screws with new once all complete as directed by the Engineer. (Necessary screws and hardware item will be supplied by the Department at free of cost) .Note Teakwood quantity paid separately under relevant item.

Repairing the existing damaged wall paneling and replacing the damaged flanel cloth/1mm thick lamination sheet with new cloth/1mm thick lamination sheet and match with existing etc. complete including cost of material, labour all as per specification.

Removing carefully the aluminium doors / windows and make suitable for windows / door opening refixing the same, if necessary complete all as directed by the Engineers. Note: Extra aluminium material used paid separately under relevant item.

Providing wall paneling using 9mm thick commercial plywood laminated with 1mm thick ‘ lamination’ textured finishing of greenlam or approved equivalent on one side over a backing of 6mm thick commercial ply and 50x25mm second class teak wood rough ground runner horizontal and vertical at around 600mm centre to centre including varnish/painting the teakwood surface, varnish/paint mixed with anti-termite chemical and necessary screws, nails, fevicol etc., complete all as per specification and direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wall paneling using 8mm thick particle board over 4mm thick veneer with veneer facing fixing of approved colour, backing by 6mm thick commercial play and 50x25mm second class teakwood rough ground runner horizontal and vertical at around 600mm centre to centre including 2 coats of varnishing the veneer surface, varnish / painting the teak wood surface, varnish / paint mixed with antitermite chemical and necessary screws, nails, fevicol etc. all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing wooden laminated skirting of 100mm height, 15mm thickness, top end curved shape of make ‘Krone’ or approved equivalent using nailing/adhesive tapes as per manufacturers requirement complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the defective 'Godrej' locks from door shutter and replacing with new 'Godrej' lock of 6 lever with handle including cost of material, making necessary alterations to lock plate and key holes and planing the sides of the shutters for smooth operation, including removing existing locks. stacking at the storage yard with a lead of 1 to 2 kilometre as complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing 12mm thick plywood in position including cutting to the required size & shape complete etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing PVC wire holes for computer table including making holes of necessary size, fixing charges etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 6 lever cupboard lock of ‘Godrej’ or other approved equivalent make with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 50mm thick, 16Kg/cu.m. density Glass wool covered with white tissue complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and supplying Armstrong/Anutone ‘Optra Acoustical Wall Paneling’ with square edges made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick and wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent and classified for Fire reaction Class B-s1, d1 as per EN13501, fabric with an option of colors – Ivory, Autumn Orange, Pista Green, Straw Gold, Rustic Green, Burgundy, Rust, Peacock Blue, Ash Grey, Mocha as per the choice of the Architect of size 600X600/1200 mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90 NRC to be affixed to wall using Wall panel impalers supplied by M/s Armstrong Industries India Pvt. Ltd and construction adhesives as per the instructions laid down by the manufacturer 4 / 8 nos. Armstrong wall panel Impalers of shall be fixed to the wall surface using self tapping screws. Silica based construction adhesive to be dabbed on to the projecting elements (spikes) of the impalers. Armstrong Optra wall panels shall be pierced through the spikes of the impalers ensuring the line and level of the panels are maintained.

Providing & Fixing of KNAUF CEILING SOLUTIONS Type 3 (ARMSTRONG) Channelled Woodworks perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length 2400 mm or as required by the Architect/ approving engineer, made of Moisture Resistant fibre board with minimum 595 Kg/M3 density substrate with a laminated facing/high density fibre board with minimum 830 Kg/M3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade (PORTLAND MAPLE, SEA BEECH, SIAM WOOD, MYSTIQUE WALNUT, INTERIOR WHITE & ALUMINA PEARL) & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation of 3mm/4mm width and 21/13mmm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be “tongue-and-grooved” to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven acoustical fleece having NRC of 0.52-0.55. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by KNAUF CEILING SOLUTIONS (ARMSTRONG) and approved by the Architect/ Engineer-in-Charge. INSTALLATION: Install AL battens (Provided by Intech - un anodized Aluminium frame work using 50x25mm of 1.2mm thick Aluminium box section with 50mm thick, 48Kg density Rock wool covered with white tissue to achieve the NRC upto 0.75) or as approved by the Architect. Screw the aluminium extruded keel for channelled woodworks provided by KNAUF CEILING SOLUTIONS (ARMSTRONG) over the lowest and second wooden batten at an on-centre distance of 600mm. Place the inside clip on the groove end of the panel along the Al keel and then place the tongue end of the next panel., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, manufacturing and fixing in position drawer for tables etc. made out of second class teakwood planks of 12mm thick, supported over suitable heavy quality drawer slides with necessary recess type powder coated handles and locking arrangement of approved make and quality all complete as shown in the drawing.

Supplying and fixing in position the following fittings including necessary screws, nails etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of existing False ceiling with including removing and stacking at the storage yard with a lead of 1 to 2 kilometre etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing Armstrong make Mineral fibre false ceiling tiles only making cutout for light fittings and other electrical fixtures and necessary bolt and nuts etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in charge .The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Silhouette profile grid system with 15mm white flanges incorporating a 6mm central reveal in black colour and with a web height of 45mm and a load carrying capacity of minimum 15.68 Kgs/sqm. Silhouette, Main Runners & Cross Tees to have mitred ends & “birdsmouth” notches to provide mitred cruciform junctions. All connection between sections should have pullout strength of 100 kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per sqm.

Supplying and fixing 12.5mm thick tappered edge gypsum moisture resistant board in the existing grids for false ceiling only making cutout for light fittings and other electrical fixtures and necessary bolt and nuts etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing false ceiling with Asbestos cement flat sheet of 6mm thickness of make VISAKA or equivalent at all elevations including MS slotted angle (40x40x2mm) grid work suspended from ceiling with MS rod suspender of 8mm dia rod by means of angle / flat / tee cleats wherever required and painting with approved make and colour two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer to ceiling tiles and two coats of anticorrosive synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer to all structural steel items and suspenders except slotted angle, providing necessary counter sunk bolt, nuts and washers to fix ceiling tile and or flush butt jointed tile ends wherever required also GI bolt and nuts with washers for slotted angle grid with cleats including necessary scaffolding, stagging all tools and plants labour, etc. complete all as per specifications. The cost is inclusive of removing the old damaged tiles and debris over the false ceiling and disposing the same within a lead of 2 km as directed by the Engineer. Note: Only False Ceiling area will be measured for the Purpose of Payment.

Anutone Tufbloc HDFR Drywall - 94mm Thickness partition (Double Skin) Supply and installation of 94mm thick Tufbloc magnesia drywall partition system (having high water & fire resistance) which includes two layers of Anutone Tufbloc Square edge of size 1200x2400x12mm having density 1000kgs/m3, weight 10 & 12kg/m2 fixed on the either side of GI strut channel framework. Framing : Framework includes Floor/Head (FC50) channels having thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, equal flanges of 32mm and web of 50mm fixed to floor and ceiling with suitable fasteners at 300mm centres staggered. Noise and fire rated silicon sealant to caulked along the perimeter of the partition frame before fixing channels. Then Stud channel (SC48) having thickness 0.75mm, length 3600mm, unequal flanges of 34/36mm and web of 48mm should be placed into the floor/head channel positioned vertically at 600mm centres. Extra reinforcement to be provided at openings (doors, windows, etc.) Frame cavity insulation : Anutone Synth PF having thickness 50mm, width 600mm, density 1000gsm filled between the Studs and held in position by using chicken wire mesh/cross bracings/pasting on one side of the boards. Boarding: The first layer of Anutone Tufbloc 12mm thick should be fixed on one side of the Stud framework in a staggered (ashlar or brick) pattern by using suitable metal fasteners at 300mm centres. Another layer of Anutone Tufbloc 12mm thick should be fixed over it in staggered pattern with suitable metal fasteners. Edges of the two layers of boards must not coincide. Same procedure to be followed on other side of the framework to give 2 layers on either side of framework. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides. Jointing: 4mm gap to be filled by using Anutone seam kit as per recommendations.
