Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Painting with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) using APCODUR-CF-641 finishing coat at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer, preparation of surface and etching with 10% commercial Hydrochloric acid wherever necessary and neutralizing the acid etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash neatly and washing with sufficient water, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the holes, joints, cracks if any, etc. complete all as per manufacturers Technical Data and as directed at site to achieve 200micron Dry film thickness (50 Micron Primer coat and 150micron finishing Coat). (Contractor has to provide Elcometer sampling sheets etc. at his cost for testing film thickness)

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

From 0 to 4.50 metre elevation above working floor level.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on rough cast plaster surface at all levels with Acrylic emulsion paint (APEX or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. From 0 to 10.50 metre elevation above working floor level. From 0 to 16.50 metre elevation above working floor level.

Chipping and removing the existing damaged plastered brick/concrete surface and plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick of required width of 100 to 200mm and disposing the dismantled debris with lead above 2 km but upto 3km complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting with two coats of rubber based paint over a coat of primer for kerb wall, medians, speed breaker and center/edge line marking including preparation of surface over plain or rough road surfaces complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats of polyuerthane paint on steel surface and other required internal surface at all levels with Apcothane CF 675 PU 240 Nickel Grey paint of Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer to give and even shade including one under coat of suitable Epoxy/PU primer, preparation of the surfaces, complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying a protective painting with Anti-Carbonation coating to the external/ internal wall surfaces (Rough cast / Plain surfaces) at all locations and at all elevations including preparing the surface, removing existing emulsion or any coat, providing and applying a single component acrylic polymer based protective coating CERA INFRAGUARD – WA / FOSROC DEKGUARD / SIKAGARD 550W Elastocolor or equivalent of a minimum of 2 coats over a primer coat with CERA INFRAGUARD – WA PRIMER / FOSROC DEKGUARD / SIKAGARD 552W Primer or equivalent and cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles, equipment’s, fuel & transport etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per the specifications. The total dry film thickness of both coats excluding primary coat should be minimum of 200 microns. Note: Scaffolding will be paid under relevant item.
