Lead charges for lead Exceeding 5 kilometre but not exceeding 6 kilometre

Providing and constructing at all floors and lifts 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand and using well burnt stock bricks including providing and placing in position 2 nos of 8mm dia rods at every 4th layer, scaffolding, curing, racking out the joint on both faces etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for foundation, superstructure, etc.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Removing and refixing the door & window shutters/ frames, false ceiling, glass partition, shifting of all damaged materials including necessary repair works like planning, replacing the damaged wooden frames/styles including replacing worn out screws with new one all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint of (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, applying putty, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing colour anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Note : 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing and fixing glazing with 5mm thick clear Float glass pane in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150mm or both sides of joint and including the cost of painting one coat primer and two coats of emulsion paint of approved colour, all as per manufacturer’s specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge

Providing 18mm thick particle board with teak wood beading of 18x12mm size all around for cupboard shutters including cutting to required size & shape, fixing in position etc. complete for cupboard shutters etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing lamination sheet of formica greenlam, 1mm thick of approved shade, pattern & colour of ‘Green lam lamination’ or approved equivalent, including cutting to required size and shape, pasted over plywood or particle board using synthetic resin adhesive of fevical SR 998 G or Dunlop’s 758 glue of approved make complete all as per manufactures specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Multipurpose lock of ‘Godrej’ or other approved equivalent make with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Magnet catch for shutters with required sizes of screws for fixing complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in -charge. Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing Stainless steel Piano hinges ISI marked IS:3818 of overall width 35 mm, fixing with necessary stainless steel screws etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Anodised Aluminium handles 125mm with plate 175 x 32mm including fitting with necessary screws complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, manufacturing and fixing in position drawer for tables etc. made out of second class teakwood planks of 12mm thick, supported over suitable heavy quality drawer slides with necessary recess type powder coated handles and locking arrangement of approved make and quality all complete as shown in the drawing etc., all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in position the Keyboard sliding assembly set including necessary screws, nails etc. all complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing PVC wire holes for computer table including making holes of necessary size, fixing charges etc., all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing Homogeneous PVC sheet, 2mm thick, conforming to IS:3462 latest edition in flooring and skirting (Polyfloor or approved equivalent make) in approved pattern, colour & shade on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop-S -758, or Fevicol SR 998, or approved equivalent including cleaning & preparation of surface, levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required , rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium tower bolts of size 100x10mm (Barrel Type) ISI marked (IS: 204) of approved make (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Second class Teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory openings and other frames, wrought framed, fixed in position of required size and shape including sawing, jointing, making rebates for shutters, making grooves as shown in the drawings, architectural beading with teakwood 50x6mm alround, finishing the surfaces to the required finish all as per specifications and drawings including necessary MS hold fasts 300mm long, 5mm thick or with rawl plugs and screws including protective painting to the surface that will come in contact with walls, joining materials, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Venition vertical blinds of Luxaflex or approved equivalent make and approved colour pattern with vanes of 100mm width made up of non woven polyester fabric which are suspended from the silt travellers by self-aligning vanes hooly of effective optimized system, vanes shall be coupled together by means of bead chain pivotally attach by closing to each side of each weight and other accessories required complete all as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.   Note: 1. Sample shall be got approved before commencing work.  2. The above work shall be got executed from approved manufacturers.

Providing and fixing glazing 5mm thick tinted colour Float glass pane in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of 94mm thick Tufbloc magnesia drywall partition system (having high water & fire resistance) which includes two layers of Anutone Tufbloc Square edge of size 1200x2400x12mm having density 1000kgs/m3, weight 10 & 12kg/m2 fixed on the either side of GI strut channel framework. Framing : Framework includes Floor/Head (FC50) channels having thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, equal flanges of 32mm and web of 50mm fixed to floor and ceiling with suitable fasteners at 300mm centres staggered. Noise and fire rated silicon sealant to caulked along the perimeter of the partition frame before fixing channels. Then Stud channel (SC48) having thickness 0.75mm, length 3600mm, unequal flanges of 34/36mm and web of 48mm should be placed into the floor/head channel positioned vertically at 600mm centres. Extra reinforcement to be provided at openings (doors, windows, etc.) Frame cavity insulation: Anutone Synth PF having thickness 50mm, width 600mm, density 1000gsm filled between the Studs and held in position by using chicken wire mesh/cross bracings/pasting on one side of the boards. Boarding : The first layer of Anutone Tufbloc 12mm thick should be fixed on one side of the Stud framework in a staggered (ashlar or brick) pattern by using suitable metal fasteners at 300mm centres. Another layer of Anutone Tufbloc 12mm thick should be fixed over it in staggered pattern with suitable metal fasteners. Edges of the two layers of boards must not coincide. Same procedure to be followed on other side of the framework to give 2 layers on either side of framework. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides. Jointing: 4mm gap to be filled by using Anutone seam kit as per recommendations. Finishing : Installed partition system is then sanded, smoothed, primered and roller finished by using water based emulsion paint of approved colour.
