ACOUSTIC INSULATION: Supply and installation of 15 mm thick, acoustic quality, open cell structure, elastomeric foam based synthetic rubber with self adhesive coating to be pasted and secured properly inside the duct plenum. The foam shall be suitable for 12-30 ºC operating temperature, thermal conductivity of 0.046 W/mK, fire retardant, minimum density of 100 kg/m3, tensile strength of 68-92 kPa, dust and fibre free in standard sizes of 1m x 1m.

4-WAY SUPPLY AIR DIFFUSER WITH DAMPER: Supply and installation of supply air Diffuser with removable core in anodised aluminium construction and powder coated to RAL9010 or other finish as per Architect's choice of colour, 4‐way square pattern, c/w opposed blade volume control damper.

SMART MODULATING DIFFUSER (VAV): Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of compact smart auto air diffuser of 350 mm x 350 mm neck size for air-conditioned air distribution based on occupancy and demand. The auto diffuser shall control the volume of conditioned air entering into an area and varies it according to the demands of occupants and the room temperature with the help of a room temperature controller. The room temperature controller shall be ceiling /wall mounted inside the intended room to measure the room temperature and control the air flow by actuating the diffuser actuator based on set temperature by occupant. The room temperature controller unit shall also have an passive infrared sensor (PIR) to detect occupancy in 12 metre range and switch off or allow minimum flow in case of no occupant. The room temperature controller unit shall have provision (IR sensor) to set the required temperature or ON/OFF the diffuser by a remote control. There shall be a display in the temperature controller unit to display room temperature , set temperature, Air flow and humidity. The temperature controller shall be capable of communicate with BMS software by RS 485 Modbus RTU.

4-WAY RETURN AIR DIFFUSER: Supply and installation of return Air Diffuser, ceiling mounted, in anodised aluminium construction and powder coated to RAL9010 or other finish as per Architect's choice of colour, 4‐way square pattern, w/o volume control damper

CONTINOUS AIR GRILLE WITHOUT DAMPER: Supply and Installation of 16G powder coated anodised aluminium continous air grille with zero degree deflection along with aluminium rhodent mesh fixed inside the grille.

SUPPLY AIR GRILLE: Supply and installation of double deflection supply air grille in anodised aluminium construction and powder coated to RAL9010 or other finish as per Architect's choice of colour, with sturdy lever operated volume control damper.

RETURN AIR GRILLE: Supply and installation of zero deflection return air grille in anodised aluminium construction and powder coated to RAL9010 or other finish as per Architect's choice of colour with SS rhodent mesh.

VOLUME CONTROL DAMPER: Supply and installation of volume control dampers in all branch ducting of each AHU. The body shall be of 16 G GI and blades shall be of 18G with sturdy lever and linkages.

DISMANTLING AND REMOVAL OF DUCT: Dismantling and removal of old ducts, insulation, supports by suitable methods and transporting to scrap yard
