Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast fence post, in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4.5:8 using 40mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as per specifications.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequered Plates in Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Structural steel plates to be used shall be of approved make.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Note : 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing and fixing glazing with 5mm thick clear Float glass pane in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Locks for Aluminium Sliding window shutters with "GEETAVIN" make as per cat. No. SS-004 (Overall size of 204mm x 23mm) or approved equivalent quality, make, type all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, applying putty, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint of (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, applying putty, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying first coat of primer with ready mixed red oxide primer and second coat of primer with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer and third coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer on steel works including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Area cleaning in and around the site by cleaning the bushes, debris, fallen trees, waste materials, garbage’s etc., collecting, conveying and disposing the same at places as shown by the department with a lead of 100 metres all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:6 using crushed stone sand including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors. - for Basement and Ground Floor

Providing and constructing at all floors and lifts 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand and using well burnt stock bricks including providing and placing in position 2 nos of 8mm dia rods at every 4th layer, scaffolding, curing, racking out the joint on both faces etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. - for Basement and Ground Floor

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 15mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Dismantling Brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Plain Cement concrete by manually / by mechanical means at all levels, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris with 50m lead, labour, tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing Stone rubble masonry in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing Heavy jungle area including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm, uprooting of rank vegetation etc. complete, and disposing the same 100metres away by manually or burning them without disturbing other areas etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The useful firewood if any shall be cut and stacked at the place (with 100metres lead) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include the cost of cutting and disposal if any by burning. Contractor must inform to Engineer-in-charge and prior permission shall be obtained from Engineer-in-charge before burning the wild growth.

De-silting the wells of 10.00 meter diameter and depth upto 10.00 meter including cleaning, lifting the silt, rubbish, boulders, clay, sludge and bushes inside with necessary scaffolding/winch hydra arrangements as required, suitable lifting arrangements, sufficient manpower, machineries and erection of machineries, disposing the silt & debris at shown places with a lead of 1 kilometre etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing G.I.Chain link fencing conforming to IS:2721 of required width in mesh size 50mmx50mm, made of G.Iwire minimum 4mm diameter (with minimum GIcoating thickness of 95gsm) including strengthening with top and bottom line wire 4mm diameter, (4mm diameter line wire at top, bottom, middle to be provided in case fencing height exceeds 2m) cutting of chain link & wires to required length, spreading, fixing & binding chain link to fencing post with 18gauge GI binding wire, GI bolt, GI nut & GI washers including cost of GI bolts, GI nuts & GI 100mmx100mm size and 6mm thick washers and GI wire etc. Complete in all respects all as per specifications & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The scope of work includes removing the existing chain link fence and stacking at area shown by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying polymer modified cement mortar in layers, each layer not exceeding 10mm thick, including trowelling with wooden tools etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge (cost of polymer shall be paid separately) For payment purposes, pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed. (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument) Cement Sand mortar in proportion of 1:3 (1-cement: 3- graded coarse sand) with polymer admixed in proportions approved by Engineer-in-charge. (75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28-day to be not less than 20 N/sqmm)

Supply of Emulsified SBR Polymer ( for polymer modified mortar) of 'CERA LATEX SBR or Fosroc Nitobond SBR Latex or MasterEmaco SBR 2 or approved equivalent' (Rates shall be in terms of solid contents of polymer)

Carrying out the miscellaneous carpentry works like removing and re fixing the door & window shutters/ frames, shifting of all damaged materials, servicing of aluminium doors and windows including necessary repair works like planning, replacing the damaged wooden frames/styles, removing repairing and replacing defective door closers, handles, locks including necessary alteration to lock plate and key holes, broken arms, spring, levers, filling hydraulic oil, fixing worn-out screws with new one all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Contractor has to encage minimum of 1 (one) carpenter in General shift timing 9:00 hours to 17:30 hours.

Levelling, bull-dozing the heeped / dumped loosened earth/ debris etc., by hiring JCB/Bull-dozer etc., including labour if any required as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and erecting system for dewatering and drainage of water from site to main drain so as to retain the excavated formation dry for the duration required including cost of all equipment’s, consumables, site protection, etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Carrying out the miscellaneous masonry works like plastering, brickwork, flooring, tiling work, leak arresting and repair works with skilled Mason all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Materials consumed/used for this works will be paid in relevant items Note: Contractor has to encage minimum of 1 (one) Mason in General shift timing 9:00 hours to 17:30 hours

Supplying ordinary portland cement of 43 grade conforming to IS:8112 in paper bags to Civil maintenance stores at IGCAR Kalpakkam including transporting all taxes and levies etc. all complete.

Supplying crushed stone sand for civil construction work (for repair works only) such as brick masonry / concrete plastering etc. and stacking at place shown for measurement etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of 20mm hard blue granite metal (for repair works only) etc. and stacking at place shown for measurement etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of 12mm hard blue granite metal (for repair works only) etc. and stacking at place shown for measurement etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
