c) Polymer modified mortar: Applying polymer modified mortar 1:2:2 (1 cement: 2 sand: 2 stone Aggregate of nominal size 6mm) admixed with CERA LATEX SBR / FOSROC/ NITO BOND SBR / SIKA additive or equivalent @ 3 kg per bag of cement for a thickness of 20mm in by mechanically or manually and neatly finished as instructed over the prepared surface / over the fiber glass mesh fixed surface.
Note:
1) Scaffolding will be paid in separately in the relevant item.
2) The contractor shall arrange the suitable safety arrangements for executing the work at his own cost as directed by the Engineer in charge.
