Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item.
Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility
2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.
3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete layer conforming to clause 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (Fifth Revision or latest) using VG 30 grade bitumen with minimum bitumen content of 5.4 % by mass of total mix, including cost of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, bitumen etc., preheating and mixing at hot mix plant, cleaning of the road surface before laying the mix, application of tack coat, carrying the hot premixed materials by means of tipper, laying the hot premixed material with paver finisher, rolling with power roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface and to achieve the desired compaction, spreading quarry dust, including running expenses of all plants and machineries and proper traffic control during execution, quality control tests at required interval etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:
1] Cleaning the road surface shall be carried out with wire brush, sweeping with mechanical broom and dusting by using compressed air as per specifications.
2] Cost of tack coat will be paid for separately under relevant item.
3] Pre-heating of the mineral aggregate and bitumen to the specified temperature, thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content and filler as per mix design shall be carried out at hot mix plant of specified capacity as per MORT&H specifications.
4] Waste plastic (Dry process) : Cost shall be inclusive of collection of waste plastics, cleaning & shredding, shredding machine and mixing of waste plastics with aggregate in hot mix plant as per specifications and conforming to IRC:SP:98-2013
5] Carrying the hot premixed materials by means of tipper, trucks or any other approved means to laying site. Laying the hot premixed material over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber.
6] Supply and evenly spreading of quarry dust over the finished layer and cleaning the same, removing small stones before allowing traffic on road.
