Providing, fabricating and erecting in position of portable Bio-Toilet with cabin of make "SYMBER Bio Tech (or) Vijay Bio Tech" or approved equivalent make with 500 litres capacity water tank mounted on top of cabin along with bio-Digester tank fitted at bottom of the cabin made out of 15mm thick sandwiched wall panel as detailed below including providing one door, one wash basin with required sanitary fittings, one water closet (IWC or EWC) with flushing cistern and bib cock, electrical fittings, connecting the water tank outlet to sanitary fittings using PVC pipe excluding required civil works if any, cost of transportation, fabrication and erection, commissioning the toilet with required volume of bacterial inoculum (40% of digester volume), etc., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. a) Base structure shall be fabricated using GI Tubular hollow sections of thickness 2.4mm for fixing the Bio Digester and hooking/lifting arrangement shall be provided for lifting the cabin. b) Bottom Bio-Digester tank with Bacteria inoculum ( 40% of Digester volume) of size 1.2m (L) x 1.2m (B) x 0.4m (H) or other approved size fabricated using 1mm thick SS 304 grade sheet shall be fixed in the base GI structure frame work. Additionally, 2mm FRP lining to be provided inside the Bio-Digester and 1mm thickness FRP on the outer side of Bio-Digester for leak proof finish. Inlet and outlet connection shall be made using required PVC pipe. c) Cabin of size 1.2m (L) x 1.20m (B) x 2.00m (H) (minimum) shall be fabricated with 15mm thick sandwiched panels of 3mm FRP and 12mm Gypsum comprising of 1.5mm thick FRP - 12mm thick gypsum - 1.5mm thick FRP Sheet including providing 1 door with necessary hardware fittings and 1 Louvered Ventilator, water tank shall be fabricated using 1.5mm thick FRP Sheet and tested from water leak before fixing over the cabin. (d) 500 Litre capacity water tank of size 1.35m (L) x 1.35m (B) x 0.45m (H) or other approved size fabricated with 15mm thick FRP Sheet shall be fixed over the cabin and tested from leak before fixing the cabin. e) 1 No. of FRP Door, 1 No. of Louvered ventilator shall be provided for each cabin along with sunshade for the doors. Anti skid flooring with integrated FRP and Epoxy flooring over the strucural base. f) Providing one exhaust fan, 1 light including providing conduits MS box and necessary switch and sockets as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate quoted shall be including all taxes, erection and commissioning with required inoculum for biodigester. The work shall be carried out by an agency specialized in the jobs having sufficent knowledge for pre-fabricated shelters, biodigesters and bio-toilets.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150mm or both sides of joint and including the cost of painting one coat primer and two coats of emulsion paint of approved colour, all as per manufacturer’s specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing in position Suspended false ceiling system using 600 x 600mm Mineral Fibre Reinforced Factory applied Vinyl painted "ARMSTRONG" Ceiling tiles or approved equivalent make & pattern, Tiles having 16/15mm thick, and approved surface Design and edge Profile (TEGULAR or Equivalent ) placed in a suspended Grid of size of 600x 600mm made of Hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of Pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24x32x1200mm shall be suspended at 1200mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level adjusters. The cross tees of size 24x27x1200mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main Tees at 600mm centres and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer TEEs, cross Tees of size 24x25x600mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600x600mm resting on the Perifery walls on wall angles of size 24mmx24mm including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, Trap doors etc to be made as per layout Drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The main Tees to be suspended from the ceiling / Soffit with the help of metal dash fastners of 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35x1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips. The entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 kg/Sq.m. Only False Ceiling area will be Measured for the Purpose of Payment.
