Provisions of aluminium louvers for air cooled screw chillers Supply, fabrication and fixing of anodised ( IS 1868 grade AC 15) aluminium works with extruded built up standard tubular section/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS :733 and Is:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia andsize, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium section shall be smoothe, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, CP brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer in charge. Painting of structure / equipments

Supply and application of two coats of enamel paints over one coat of red oxide/zinc primer on MS structures, sheet metals, pipe lines, etc. This includes thorough cleaning of members using steel wire brush/emery sheet or buffing wheel and inclusive of all consumables, to complete as per the specification.

In-situ PUF insulation which includes supply of Polyol & Isocynate chemicals and 24G aluminum sheet of required quantity for field PUF insulation of joints and valves. It includes aluminium sheet fabrication, making mould over part to be insulated, preparation of PUF insulation by mixing polyol and isocyanate in 1:1.25 ratio, pouring the mixture into pre fabricated mould and sealing the joints.

Thermal insulation

Supply and installation of 25 mm thick closed cell, class "O" type nitrile rubber insulation over ducts. All gaps and joints shall be properly sealed by using self adhesive tape.

Supply and fixing of 9 mm closed cell Nitryle foam rubber / cross linked polyethylene (Class "O") Thermal insulation on ducts after applying suitable adhesive or shall have self adhesive on one side and aluminium foil of 40G thickness on outer side as per the specifications and complete as required. All the joints shall be properly sealed with 150mm wide nitrile rubber insulation and complete with self adhesive aluminium sealing tape.

Supply and installation of cold tar felt (3 mm thick ) over 22 G Aluminium cladding factory made pre insulated pipes or on condenser water pipelines.

Leveling, dozing the heeped/dumped loosened earth, debris, M.S Scrap materials, RCC posts / precast slabs and Broken cut trees etc., by hiring Excavator 140 Model (Poclain) including Transporting, operating the vehicle inside the permisses,driver, labour if any required, complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Operating Log book should be maintained and jungle cleaning in and around CWCP I & II and standalone AC Plants.

GI ducting: Supply, fabrication and erection of 22G supply air duct with GI material, complying to IS: 277, Class VIII, Grade 120 GSM, necessary reinforcement, supply air collars, vanes, splitters, fasteners, etc., as per technical specification and duct layout drawings. Duct construction shall be as per SMACNA standard.

Supply air diffuser: Supply and fixing of supply air diffusers of powder coated 16G extruded aluminium with volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core.

Return air diffuser: Supply and fixing of return air diffusers of powder coated 16G extruded aluminium with volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core.

Supply air grill: Supply and fixing of powder coated 16G extruded aluminium supply air grills with double difflection louvers & aluminium Volume Control Dampers as per specifications.

Return air grill: Supply and fixing of powder coated 16G extruded aluminium return air grills with double difflection louvers & aluminium Volume Control Dampers as per specifications.

Manual volume control damper: Supply and fixing of volume control adjustable type opposed blade Damper with necessary flanges for duct branches with PVC gears. The Dampers shall be made out of 14 G Aluminium channel as per the specification in Section -V. The opposed blades shall have tie rod with ball & socket joints.
