Lead charges for lead Exceeding 3 kilometre but not exceeding 4 kilometres.

Providing gravel/murram backing/filling 75mm thick (consolidated thickness) for underfloor/plinth beam or as specified by Engineer, including spreading gravel in uniform layers, watering, ramming, consolidating by hand/mechanical roller, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rate 1:29 ratio (1 part of chemical and 29 parts of water) and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimeter of the building including all complete as per specification / IS 6313:2001 and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work to be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 6 years shall be furnished by the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 25mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

M30 grade with 370 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete upto plinth level

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast fence post, in reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins etc. using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required shall also be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concelled system profile corrugated/semi corrugated/plain zincalume sheets of 55mpa yield stress (AS 1397 – Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35 micron. The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactured from hi-tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalumen steel based and galvanized hooks. The clip should be fastened with minimum 40micron Zinc coated / minium 25micron Zinc-Tin alloy coated. The rate is inclusive of all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing at all floors and lifts 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand and using well burnt bricks including scaffolding, curing, racking out the joint on both faces etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

for Basement and Ground Floor

Providing and laying 40mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly and crushed stone sand including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 15mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Dismantling Plain Cement concrete by manually / by mechanical means at all levels, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris with 50m lead, labour, tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of RCC works at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, including Cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling roofing sheets at all levels including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and handing over/stacking of serviceable material to department M&MWS stack yard as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing SS 304 Grade concertina coil fencing of diameter 610mm using SRPBT Helix coil along with five nos. of SS-304 Harpoon Ripper wire, SS barbed wire, the barb type, pitch detail etc., as per IS 278 wire as per Material specifications as mentioned below including all erection fittings and fixtures on chainlink fencing top with a height of 3m to 5m from road level with necessary "J" & "C" Clipping at alternate intersection points between two wires, including suitable Hessian packing to prevent injury during transportation and handling, necessary scaffolding for working up to 5m height on both sides of chainlink fencing / RR wall and excluding MS GI angles. Note: 1. Payment will be made based on the weight of the material actually erected in position and wastage will not be considered. 2. Manufacturer test certificate for SS material to be supplied for each lot brought to site.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel barbed wire of SS 304 grade comprising of four spikes by turning 2 wires of 2.5mm dia A-1 conforming to IS:278, including tying to support GI arms and concertina, with 1 mm dia SS binding wire working at all heights including cost of necessary scaffolding and safety requirement etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The GI supporting arm will be measured under relevant item.

Rearranging and straightening of existing concertina coil fencing of diameter 610mm SRPBT Helix coil, Harpoon Ripper wire, SS barbed wire, the barb type, pitch detail etc., excluding the cost of materials and including cost of necessary correction fittings and fixtures etc., on chainlink fencing top with a height of 3m to 5m from road level with necessary "J" & "C" Clipping at alternate intersection points between two wires, including suitable Hessian packing to prevent injury during transportation and handling, necessary scaffolding for working up to 5m height on both sides of chainlink fencing / RR wall and excluding concertina coil fencing SRPBT Helix coil, Harpoon Ripper wire, SS barbed wire, the barb type, pitch detailMS GI angles.

Repair and Modification of existing damaged structural steel members by cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position existing structural steel members like trusses, purlins etc. in MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required shall also be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Area Cleaning in around the site by leveling, bull-dozing the heeped/ dumped loosened earth/ debris, cleaning the bushes etc., by hiring JCB etc., including labour if any required as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
