The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are as follows: 1. The bidder should have supplied and installed Servers minimum 40 Servers from the same OEM in at least one Scheduled Commercial Bank in India in the last 5 years from the date of tender. 2. The bidder should have supplied and installed Servers minimum 30 Redhat VDC Subscription in at least one Scheduled Commercial Bank in India in the last 5 years from the date of tender. 3. The bidder should be a registered company in India as per Companies Act 1956 / 2013 or as amended time to time and must be in existence for the last 5 years on the date of tender. The values mentioned for these criteria are: - Minimum 40 Servers - Minimum 30 Redhat VDC Subscription - 5 years (existence of the company) The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: - Manufacturer authorization form - Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies along with the copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association. - Purchase order along with Installation proof and satisfactory letter from the client. - Completion certificate from the client.
