The floodlight shall be designed for operation in ambient temp -10°C to + 50°C with PF 0.95. Lifetime of 50K @L70. Product should be suitable for Operating voltage range - 100 - 300 V ac, continuous operation (6-8 Hrs. per day). The ingress protection should be minimum IP66 with an IK rating of 08.Optical compartments/external IP67 driver shall be maintenable/replaceable without impacting the LED Units.

While accessing the gear compartment / external driver, the optical compartment should not be opened. The luminaire driver should have a 6KV onboard surge protection and an external 10KV/5KA SPD duly bolted in the luminaire for extra safety. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The wattage of each LED should be greater than 1 watt and less than 5 watt. Only high power single white LED chip with ceramic based suitable for outdoor use is allowed. Multi chip, array multi die, mid power, integrated arrays and COB's are not permitted. High power LED used in the luminaire should be SMD type only of make Lumileds, Bridgelux, Osram, Nichia and CREE & no other make. The luminaire should be capable of withstanding voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown @325V and have an auto recovery feature. The drivers should be a potted driver not a printed circuit board without casing, mounted inside the luminaire as per the enclosed specification.

Supplying& Laying of following sizes PVC XLPE insulated alu/cu Conductor armored LTUG cable in a 50 mm to 100 mm dia HDPE DWC pipe in a trench of 50cm wide and 75cm depth including earth work excavation in all soils and sub soils and back filling, consolidated in a regular interval of 25cm thick rammed and complying with standard specification including cable route markers in every 50m span.

Kiosk MV Panel

Supply , Erection,Testing and commissioning of suitable size extendable floor mounting cubical type following Kiosk LT Main Panel board suitable for 415V 3ph 4 wire 50Hz AC supply system fabricated in a compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame works and cover with 3mm thick removable gland plate ,cleaning and finishing with 7 tank process for powder coating with siemens grey having extensible type copper busbar of suitable capacity as per the incomer ACB /MCCB/SDF ratings with DMC/SMC busbar suppotrs with short circuit withstand capacity of 31MVA / 1Second , bottom base channel of 100mmX 50mm X 5mm. .The In/Out going Cable entry should be from the rear side of the panel.

2 separate run of 25 x 5 mm copper earth bus painted in green colour should be provided all along the panel and connected to the main grid. Interconnectios should be taken to metering chamber, MCCB's, ACB's, FSU's etc sothat all current carrying components are effectively earthed.

630A Copper Busbars

Three phase indication lamps with toggle switch-1set, microprocessor based digital multi function meter with communication port and the facility for active and reactive power measurements -1set with required CTs and control fuses etc should be provided for each incomers. Necessary Spreaders / extended copper bus bars of suitable rating with required holes should be provided for the cable and bus bar terminations.The handle should be pad lockable type in both ON/OFF positions.The work should be inclusive of providing mechanical interlocking arrangement between incomers ..Necessary drawing approval ( With QAP and GTP) should be obtaied from the Engineer incharge before fabrication.

Panel- 2 ( At Sarayu SS)

630A TP ACB 50 kA- 1 No (MDO independent manual spring closing mechanism-1no, microprocessor release for o/c , e/f and short circuit protection-1no, breaker ON/OFF/Trip indication Lamps) with CTs and multifunction meter. The size of the ACB is match with the existing panel and to be coupled with the existing MV Panel with supplying fixing of suitable rating of copper busbars

Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of copper plate earth by excavation of soil and sub soil , back filling with equal layers of salt and charcoal and the excavated soil , ramming, consolidating, Masonry construction, heavy duty cover slab etc. The GI pipe should be 25mm dia and 3mt long bolted with 600 x 600 x 3 mm thick copper plate at the bottom. 2R of 25 x 3 mm copper flats should be taken from the copper plate to the top of theGI pipe and clamping with suitable clamps

Earthing the installation with the following sizes of earth wires. The rate shall be inclusive of spacer clamp for main earth flat suitable clamping with the MS flats for earth wires including crimping of socket etc.or laying below 0.5m from ground level including earth work excavation and refilling the excavated soil.

Annual Maintenance Contract for 5 consecutive year after warrantee

Cost of comprehensive maintenance of installation other than LED fittings that includes routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance for period of five years including repair/replacement of worn out items with minimum downtime and warranttee & guarantee of repaired/replaced items after completion. (The amount quoted for this item will not be taken into account for deciding the lowest tender, but will be executed as a separate supplementary contract after the completion of the warantee period.
